2017 oct 1.4tsi dsg no noticeable issue with car engine running. Main dealer changed spark plugs, still codes states miss fire cylinder 4,they now as don't know saying possible dirty fuel....... Any thoughts

Also with warranty, dealer has to replicate the fault, or won't attempt any fixes... Eg my start stop...

I have car 1.4tsi 17plate dsg, with warranty on it, Brakea not covered wear and tear part Oil leaks, any leaks covered Undertray cover, scrap yard, ebay etc Eml, car has to be given back to you with light cleared... Dealers responsibility

Yes i did exactly that, took that exact spare tyre out of an 11 plate octy mk2 and fitted perfectly in my mk3 octy space in boot... On trade in.

I would personally recoup, if it's worth 9grand....Get a decent mk3 for that price.... Poss just been unlucky but what caused it.... The oil as someone pointed out...... Or have I not read it.....

Yes totally agree, purchased a 1.4tsi dsg 17plate...70 on clock, phoned 2 main dealers both stated 120000 min miles...... Got 1yr warranty left and actually thinking of trading it in
