Ps it was 10yrs and 120000 min, actually telling me 140000 was more realistic........

IMO, it's going to be down to the owner of the car, 2 main skoda dealers laughed when I suggested a cambelt change at 76000,20171.4tsi octavia.... Keeps cropping up alot on here and everybody's opinion differs.

This subject crops up alot on here, Nobody knows the ideal solution, are the parts made better to last no idea, 120000miles seems abit excessive to me. If it snaps on you then what............

Yes that's it, I also tried not pushing the arm right down on spindle but felt bit loose so opted for rubber washers

Had the exact same problem, bought a box of various size rubber washes and put them on the spindle only a couple of mm thick, worked for me

But steep that obvs main dealer, be looking at less than half for that job, abs sensors are fairly cheap. I purchased my abs sensor off ebay 15quid rear passenger, very easy job and I'm no way a mechanic

Yes I got an ac advisory on my service report from few weeks ago. Air filters and cabin filters, I always ask, mostly never done. I just do them myself. Actually I did get asked about an air filter... Price was 69pounds lol
