Hello everyone, Better late then never. Last week my problem was finally fixed after two visits at official service in Kranj. At first appointment they updated (TPI 2065556/14) system software on my infotainment (1810 -> 1896 -> 1941). Everything was working fast and smooth way better then before but sadly after 1-2h I got the same issue. I went straight back to the garage and there was no errors on the computer. They sended some pictures and videos to factory and they got instructions to replace the infotainment screen. Two days later my car was back in their garage to change infotainment screen and after that there is no more any problems. I'm adding pictures of system information (before/update/later) to see changes. Here are all the problem I had last week: Touch was not working Unknown clicking with ''click'' sound Endlessly restarting Infotainment screen turning on/off when car was locked Radio/Multimedia sound was muting in pausing Maneuver parking currently unavailable GPS location was wrong (old location when car was turned on) I hope there won't be any more problems. Fingers crossed!

So I am on really old version. There was no major problems till now. Once I had problems with connection (globe) but that problem was solved. Sometimes navigation is showing me wrong location aswell (some old) where I was before... and same problem like you when infotainment was on (restarting) when car is locked. It turned off wifi and bluetooth now and after two short trips it was working normal.

Quick update. I try to restart it again, even turn off wifi and bluetooth because I seen something about if I go few pages back. It restart again and then worked normally and I even enter engineering mode and found out which version I have. I went driving around it worked, I stoped and turn on wifi and bluetooth for Android auto and it was fine for few minutes and I had same issue. Again turning off and was working without any problems until I turned on everything. Looking forward to find an solution.

Hello everyone, I have an issue and I think it is related to this topic. Yesterday when I went home when the car on sun after some minutes of driving I got problems with informainment unit. It start randomly clikcing "clicking sound" something and restarting all the time. After restating my car everything was fine. Today after everything is working I got same issue again and car was not on sun at the time it was in garage on cold. I try to restart it with 10second power button any it the same. Even if car is closed unit is still turning on/off all the time after few restarts. Any ideas? I seen there is some users are from Slovenia if someone knows please contact me.

Great! It seems taking out fuses is the only way to fix this problem. It is working for me since then without any problems. Did you try to become primary user?

Good morning, I try to take out fuse nr. 19 again and wait till SOS went offline (red). I put it back and on start it didn't change anything (garage) then I took a ride around the town and after 30-60 seconds everything is back online.

I try to pull out nr. 19. Now I have a bigger problem. Connection is still offline (grey) but now my I can't access privacy settings. If I open notifications and it says privacy mode is unknown and it's loading. Any ideas?

Sadly I cannot reset my infotainment system on factory settings. I get a message that my infotainment system cannot be reset on factory settings.

Sometimes I notice on Skoda app that car wasn't updated or the datas of trips were gone for few days but didn't even realise if symbol was grey/white. Usually I removed car from the garage and add it back but after a few days or a week. Probably I already had this problem and didn't even realise this is connection problem, I just thought there is problem with sync but makes sense now.

Hello everyone, I recently found this topic about the connection. For last 3 days my vehicle lost the connection (Grey global symbol). I called local dealer and they have no idea about the problem only solution they gave me is wait for few days. I wrote on Skoda support they have me some instructions how to make it "white" with privacy settings but doesn't work. I wrote them back, still waiting for next instructions. I can't reset vehicle on factory settings either can't login to my Skoda connect account. My vehicle basiclly dissapered from my account because I can't even see it on Skoda connect store. I seen couple of you pull out fuses 19 & 30 and it becomes "white" again. Some of you reported you got airbag error. Any latest news about this problem?
