    I hope so because I'd like my money back. The seller at the time pre warned me about customs charges when the part has arrived in the UK, and email me details of how to pay the customs charges.

    Thank you PetroDave for this clarification, but I wonder why they took my order and payment, and assured me that the order had been posted to me via Parcelforce. They have asked me to wait for 3 months to receive my refund while they trace the order an complete their return processes. It’s all a mess and poor customer service in my opinion. I wish I had read other buyers experiences before dealing with this company.

    @jorgYou are very lucky about never having problems with your orders from this company. Our order has not been delivered and no refund has been made back to us. I’ve had several email correspondences with them about this order and they have never mentioned any issues at any point about the size of our order. I’ve got all emails from them. As for the Brexit issue, we have ordered a few larger items from another company in Czech Republic (Skoda-daily.cz AKA Skoda-parts.com) with no problems at all. Brexit is not the issue.

    Think twice before buying anything from this company if you are based in the UK. We paid for a Skoda Superb part (rear diffuser) worth 234.98 Euro on 7 Oct 23. After delays in delivery and assurances that the item had been posted through Parceforce, the company later advised us to wait for 3 months before they can look at making a refund. Tracking link provided by the company clear suggests that the item never left Cze Republic. They have since stopped responding to our emails when we started asking for our refund. I should have read online reviews before placing an order with this company.
  5. Sounds like you are playing it safe by testing the right fog light on its own whilst on an unplugged pin. It would also be worthwhile repeating the same testing to the left fog light, to ensure it works. If they both work, then there shouldn't be any reason why the cable bridging would not work for both fogs.
  6. That's the best way to go about it, you'll eventually get there. It's not easy, but it can be done. Like you've said, start off by double-checking your individual lights first before connecting things up. And also, make sure your connector terminals and pins are sitting correctly in their individual housings. Please let us know how you get on. If you live around Midlands area, give us a shout for further assistance, if needed.
  7. I don't know how the rear lights wiring on LH drive models looks like, but I would guess that it shouldn't be that much different to that of RH models. If all attempts fail, it might be worth considering another check with a local motor vehicle electrician. Also, ensure the fog light you're trying to connect to works. On ours, with the lamp off the vehicle, I firstly tested all individual lights (inside the lamp housing) by carefully connecting a 12V battery to the lamp's negative terminals (brown cable), then checked which light came on when the positive line from the testing battery touched individual pins. It's safer to use an 'automotive circuit tester' to touch individual pins to avoid accidental short circuiting. Attached here is a picture of how I linked our rear fog lights from the RH (white/grey cable) to the left side on a RH drive Superb Mk III model. Be patient and good luck.
  8. On our RH drive Superb hatchback, I bridged our LH fog light from the RH cable (white/grey in colour), successfully. Original rear inner light connector had 3 cables on the RH side, and only 2 cables on the LH side. I've recently retrofitted the original 2017 lights to 2020 animation lights.
  9. Yes, certainly. I did that to our 2017 reg Superb. No coding or anything like that required. Everything works as it should.
