  1. The first item in the Car menu (Vehicle Status) says whether the car is locked or unlocked and there is a toggle switch on the right to change the status
  2. I think you can set an upper charge limit in the MySkoda app, when setting a Plan. I don't think it is possible to set an overall limit, except within a plan.
  3. Last year we did 11761km, with an average of 3.2 l/100 km (88 mpg) and 8.6 kWh/100 km (which my conversion utility tells me is 288 Miles per Gallon Gas Equivalent, whatever that is). Unfortunately I don’t know how much was using petrol and how much electricity, but most of our daily driving is on electricity. We did a long trip from Milan to the boot of Italy which was using petrol at 5.2 l/100 km (54 mpg).
  4. I had an OTA update, and then it said there was an application update too. After that was installed I have a new onboard Manual, which is vastly better than the old one!
  5. I had to buy it (about 30 euros, from memory) in the app.
  6. I had this issue too. My trial expired in mid-October, and the dealer wasn't able to help. However it suddenly became available about a week ago, so I snapped it up. I don't know what the problem was - maybe they were doing a software update (it got the wrong speed a lot during the trial, with phantom 30kph zones).
