Hello, I am unable to create a main user; it always says "Please wait...". It also doesn't ask for the keys. Do I need an update? I have already reset the factory settings, but that didn’t help. I hope someone here can help me. I have a problem with my Skoda OCTAVIA 4. I'm trying to log in as the main user, but it just won't work. Here is the process I have done so far: 1. created a Skoda ID. 2. added the vehicle by VIN. 3. the car was also recognised correctly. Nevertheless, I can't get any further in the car. I have both keys in the car, as described, but nothing happens. The screen only shows "Please wait...". Has anyone had similar experiences or knows what the problem could be?
