  1. Is anyone having issues using the remote climate control? For the last week all I get is the below error message. “Air Conditioning will not be started. Unfortunately, we cannot complete your request right now. This situation is likely to be a temporary connection issue - please try again later”
  2. I have my Kodiaq back from the dealers. After an 8hr software update that dealt with the map issue and the 12v PHEV discharge issue the vehicle is back! The maps on the dashboard are now working!
  3. I had the 94EW pop up a few weeks ago and was told it was in relation to swapping out a part of the cruise control stick. At the time I asked if they had an update to the map and they said no. The dealer emailed today ref the software update for the maps.
  4. I have had an email from my dealer and it seems there is a software fix for the map issue. The update will sort the map issue and a number of other glitches at the same time. I’ve been told it’s going to be a 3-4hr install. I have the car booked in for the cruise control recall fix in early July and they are going to sort the update at the same time.
  5. Vehicle had charged to 80% and stopped at 3am. I then activated the preheating at 7am and I can see via my charging point app that the vehicle was drawing between 500w-1000w to maintain the battery.
  6. I checked this morning and the battery maintained its level at 80% while preheat was active. The battery status on the app was shown as “conserving”.
  7. I have found that sometimes I will set the car to preheat and it will draw power from my car charger to maintain the battery level at 80%. However this only seems to be 50% of the time. When it decides it doesn’t want to maintain the battery level it will use 6-7% of the battery over 30 mins to preheat. I have no idea why it doesn’t always work as everything else is the same.
  8. I have the same issue. Told by dealer that I am on a list and will be updated when there is a fix. Haven’t heard anything from dealer in months.
  9. Evening, has anyone had this error before? It’s on a 2 month old 2024 Kodiaq IV. It’s gone to petrol only mode with the electric motor refusing to start. Just had it taken to the local dealer by Skoda Recovery. The mechanic who came out said it was the second time he had seen this fault in two days.
  10. I have the same issue with 2024 Sportline. Dealer told me a few week ago it was a software update. Not heard anything since.
  11. Morning I have the same map issue on the VC. I spoke with the dealer and they emailed back with the below…. ”I understand you have recently purchased a new Kodiaq and have a map loading issue that is on your dash. I have done some checks into this and found that SKODA are developing an update for your car. I have been put on a mailing list” No mention of any timeframes.
