Would both sidelights be on the same fuse?

Ive got warnings for both left and right sidelights being out. These warnings came on at the same time. Both sidelights appear to not be working, but why would they fail simultaneously? Thanks.

I see, that's a shame... How would I get a cable through the door grommit, I assume it's two electrical plugs connected together, is there room for a rogue cable?!

AHH, understood 👍 But, isn't there a switched + in the doors , one I can tap into? I'd rather not have to run a dedicated feed if I can avoid it, I'm not sure how I'd get through each door grommit! I appreciate your help btw

Main module is the main led controller, the kit comes with the main and 4x sub controllers for the doors. The main is piggybacked onto rear wiper fuse and works as it should with ignition on. The doors, I'd planned to wire to door handle light, it's a switched + when you unlock the doors. The issue I'm having is that the fusebox live, and the handle lamp live, don't energise simultaneously, and it upsets the led modules. It's as if the main module cannot 'see' the sub modules.

Aftermarket, but having issues. The main module has been wired to a switched live from the fusebox, comes on with ignition, dashboard led strip works as it should. I intended wiring the door led modules to the inner door handle bulb, it's a switched live from when the doors are unlocked. But, the door module won't respond to the trigger from the main module, I think they both go 'live' a few seconds apart, and they don't like that!

Hi, Anyone know of a switched live in each of the doors, behind the door panel? I'm fitting ambient lighting and need a switched pos in each door. Ta.

2014 2.0 tsi. Car was stood for 2 hours, then a few minutes after starting up i got the epc light, dont exceed revs, and temp needle almost in the red, also cooling fans were on high. I stopped for a minute and restarted, and the error did not occur - have done a quick scan and comes up with: P00B7 - Engine Coolant Flow Low/PerformanceIt did have a coolant flush and new temp sensor recently, the one near the radiator. Does this sound like a glitch, or worth investigating? Thanks.

So, the garage are having issues bleeding the system via software. Fans are coming on early and the system isn't getting to temp, they have suggested a coolant pressure test... Anyone any ideas what could be going on here? It's been scanned but it doesn't throw anything up. I literally changed a leaky pipe, but lost a lot of coolant in the process - I refilled as I thought correctly, bit obviously not. They've had the car a week and I really need it back.

Long story short. I replaced a coolant hose that was leaking, lost lots of coolant, so I refilled as I have done with every other car. Appears I have trapped air in the cooling system I can't expel. Temps running weird, coolant fans on at 60c, etc... Local garage have had the car a week and are dragging their heals, I need this car back! Anyone in the Manchester area with diagnostics could purge this system - I'll pay - just need it sorting asap!! Thanks in advance.

I'm 2014. Petrol vrs Just looking for a nicer exhaust note, without spending pounds on a full system. Any extra power increase would be good too, just don't want it to have any negative effects.

No coolant, it's bone dry, just didn't know if it was too slack.

Yeah it did look quite inaccessible. It doesn't look in bad condition, just fairly slack, and concerned it may snap/snag, and overheat!

Just fixed a leaking hose, and noticed the water pump belt is pretty slack. I assume the belt has just stretched over time so have ordered a replacement- or could there be another reason its slack? I couldn't see a tensioner, so assume it just goes around the water pump pulley to the small pulley on the balancer shaft? 2.0 tsi

One of the tungsten 501 headlight sidelamps has failed. Can i replace with LED, without getting bulb out warnings?
