  1. Hi everyone, I have a 2019 Škoda Kodiaq with Virtual Cockpit and I’m wondering if there is a way to reduce the size of the gauges so that the navigation map becomes larger and more visible. For example, on a VW Passat you can simply press OK on the steering wheel and the gauges shrink, giving more space to the map. On my Škoda, I can’t find any similar option anywhere in the menus. I also have OBDeleven, so I’m wondering if this can maybe be coded or activated through adaptations? Any help or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
  2. does AAWireless adapter have its own gps or its using gps from phone, i am asking bcs of battery drain? better adapter can use gps from car or have built-in gps module
  3. hello, i have kodiaq and i activated it witch carscanner pro, try it
  4. Hello, I have a Kodiaq 2.0 TDI MK1 2019, 110 kW (Stage 1), currently with 88,500 km. The last oil change was in January this year at 77,000 km, and the service used Castrol 5W30. After 11,500 km, I had to add about 0.6–0.7 L of oil because the level was below the middle mark. Is this normal? And what oil do you usually use for this engine? For the next oil change, I plan to use either Shell or Aral. tnx
  5. i ask for adaptation because my mechanich did not perform one, and i will go to check if the correct quantity of oil was in the gearbox. ty
  6. Every mechanic here will say to you change dsg oil every 60 000 km, here Are official 120 000 service interval, but i live in very busy city with lot of speed changes do my interval is cut for a half
  7. "I don’t know, some people say that after changing the oil, a DSG gearbox adaptation should be done because the clutches loosen up after a lot of city driving and 60,000 km, which is the service interval. After the oil change, due to the change in viscosity (since the new oil is clean and therefore slightly thinner), an adaptation is necessary."
  8. Yes it was Made by mechanic with original oil. But he didn’t make the adaptation. I can start the procedure with carista obd but i wanna ask first before i do some damage? Ty
  9. Hi everyone, I have a Škoda Kodiaq 2.0 TDI 110 kW with the DQ381 gearbox, 87,000 km. About 1,000 km ago I did an oil and filter change in the DSG transmission, and now I’ve noticed that in city traffic the gearbox sometimes shifts a bit harshly from 4th to 3rd gear, almost like a small jerk. After the oil change, no adaptation procedure was done. Do you think an adaptation is necessary in this case, or could something else be causing this? Has anyone had similar experience with this gearbox? Thanks in advance!
  10. Hi guys, I have a Škoda Kodiaq 2.0 TDI with 86,000 km. I ordered a few things from my local car parts dealer through their webshop, and among them was a fuel additive. I picked up the order and poured the additive – a 300 ml Datacol – into the tank. Only after I finished, I noticed they had given me the wrong one: it was the petrol additive instead of the diesel version. After that, I went to the gas station and filled up with another 10 liters of diesel until the tank was full, but now I don’t really know what to do next. The shop opens tomorrow, and I will ask them for compensation... Some people tell me I should now add another additive – the Datacol for diesel this time – to dilute the wrong one. Others say I should drive until I use up half the tank and then refill it to the top, while some advise me to run the tank as low as possible and then fill it completely with premium diesel. Honestly, I’m going crazy over this. The mistake is partly mine but also theirs, and I have no idea what the consequences could be or what the best course of action is. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
  11. Or maybe you can send me in pm link with file, need to know new version number? Is it 480 or?
