When my rear wiper motor stopped working, I checked Fuse number F41 and found that the 15-amp fuse was blown. I replaced it, but it blew again, which indicated there was a problem. Upon inspecting the motor, I discovered that it was filled with water! The leak was coming from the pipe into the mechanism, and the rubber seal was worn out. I decided to buy a new motor, which arrived today. I refitted it and installed a new 15-amp fuse in F41, hoping for the best, and it did not move. However, when I used my multimeter to check the voltage, I found no current going to the motor, and the fuse showed no voltage, even though it wasn’t blown. I replaced the fuse again, but the motor still wouldn’t move. I took off the motor and plug from my battery it moves. What could be wrong?

All doors unlock, but my only unlocked door is the driver's door. Then I have to press the button under the handbrake to unlock all the doors, which is annoying. ( I found to unlock all now. )

I have purchased VCDS and the kit. I have switched the DLR on, auto-locked it when going above 10mph, and turned off the seatbelt chime. Few still can't find it on 09 Cent. Elec. Fog on when the main beam is on DLR rear on All doors unlock, but my only unlocked door is the driver's door. Then I have to press the button under the handbrake to unlock all the doors, which is annoying. I reversed the mirror down, I have ticked it active, then entered a passcode (on YouTube), it won't accept. Any idea where to find (above list)

My previous forum post was about buying a Fabia estate, but I wasn't very lucky in finding one with low mileage. Instead, I drove a Skoda Octavia 2.0 CR TDI 140BHP, and I love it, so I decided to buy it. There are a few things I've noticed about my Skoda. Firstly, as far as I know, the DLR (daytime running lights) are switched off for some reason. Additionally, I saw on a YouTube video that there are menu options accessible from the steering wheel, but I don't have that feature. Do these settings need to be activated using VCDS? Also, when I put the car in reverse, the wing mirror doesn’t tilt down, and my speedometer only shows km/h. I would prefer it to display mph since I live in the UK. How do I do this without the menu on the cluster? Thanks

I looked at three 1.4tdi, and I noticed the headlamps were round like glass balls one was further wide and the other was narrow. Does it make any difference? more brighter?

I am looking for my first Skoda Fabia estate diesel engine. I saw one it is a 2008 reg 1.4 diesel 80bhp, can someone tell me if these are the old injections PD or common rail? don't they have DPF from 2009? I want to avoid the DPF. Thanks
