Hi all, I was wondering if there is a way to have the Fabia to auto lock when driving above 5mph. Ive seen some videos online showing there is a drop down setting under central locking on the screen however I dont have that menu. Is this something I have to code to the car, and can I do it myself if I borrow a diagnostic machine or do I hsve to pau someone to get it coded. Many thanks

I found the solution

Ive just connected to it again and calls are working through speakers but audio isn't. When I go to my phone settings (Samsung s24 ultra) it says connected for everything except audio and when I try to turn audio on it turns on for 1 second then goes off. So I dont know if its my phone which is bugging or the system. Ive connected to many cars bluetooth today and it was working all fine.

Hi all, my skoda fabia monte carlo 2015 model has always been connected to my phone, even when I start the car it automatically connects to my phone and plays last thing I was listening to. Now for some reason it wont play. I tried deleting my device from system and same from my phone. Then retrying to connect, it connect answer says it is connected but when I play a song it doesn't come out the speakers. There's no audio coming from the speakers. Can someone help please. Is there a way to change this with a simple switch or is it difficult to do?

Is it possible to have a power window switch that allows a window to be fully opened or closed with a single press or tap of the switch, rather than needing to hold the switch down continuously as I find this annoying? And how come my monte carlo doesn't open the front 2 windows when I press and hold the unlock button on my key fob? Is there a way I can change this or is it difficult to sort out?

Hi all, recently I had to remove the passenger door for a repair. And when putting it back on I've realised the door is not locking. It's only on the passenger front. I remember when I disconnected the wiring for the door there was a locking sound coming from the door lock. Is this an easy fix or do I need to send it to someone to get it programmed?

Hi all I have a skoda fabia 2015 1.2 tsi monte carlo The passenger window won't go up or down. I've changed the motor and switches and even changed the regulator but all that happens when I press the switch is a tick noise coming from the motor. I've check the fuses and they are good. Can anyone help me what this might be. Many thanks

If your battery has a sticker on it, remove it as this is preventing the contact points making contact. I learned this valuable lesson from a reddit page. Hope it helps.

Hi Yes the ignition is on and engine is running. I'm wondering if there is a fuse for it because I've also seen that the lights up the window switches are not illuminated either. I havent got any aftermarket things fitting to the car. I will tske a look at the manual as the car didn't come with one. And yes I got the window sorted which ended up being a window switch. And the buttons on the steering wheel as well. Turned out that the car had been in an accident but not recorded. When drivers airbag was deployed, whoever repaired it put a normal airbag harness inside instead of a mfsw harness. I bought a mfsw harness off Ebay, fitted it and it's all working now. I will check the Manual if not I will havw to do some digging around. Thanks for your help

Hi all My car is a skoda fabia mk3 2015 1.2 TSI Monte Carlo I have a problem with my light swticher which is located on the bottom right of the dash next to the key ignition. When turning my side lights on or dipped beam lights it lights up green but very faintly and flashes 3 times. Whilst this is flashing, I hear a buzzing noise coming from behind the gloves box and after 3 times of flashing, it stays off. Can anyone help me on how o should fix this? Is this a faulty switch or an electrical problem? You can see in the photos of how it should be and what it is now ( the first photo it how it should be lit up without the auto light )

I'm not too sure if the wheel is original as I recently bought the car. If it isn't original how would I know and would the wheel need coding to the car?

Hi all Recently I bought a 2015 Fabia Monte carlo 1.2 tsi. And upon purchase I noticed the steering wheel buttons were not working all I thought this might be a simple fix like a fuse but didnt realise they do not have fuses. Anyways I've been looking at different forums and many people have said that the clock spring is at fault however they mention that their horn is not working and airbag light is on. This is not the case for me as when I start up the car there is no airbag fault and the horn is working fine. Can anyone help me as to what it is Tia
