  1. Our dealer recommended (and Skoda UK are advertising along with a tie up with OVO) the Ohme chargers but they rely on a strong cellular network signal. Unfortunately we are in a dead spot with mobile signal at home so had to go with a WiFi enabled charger and hence the Hypervolt. Have you tried deleting all the schedules and your car and charger and then start again with pairing? Another thing to check is that you have enabled location services in the car so that Octopus knows your car is at home. Worth starting the whole process from scratch to eliminate a conflict? I believe the only setting in the car is the minimum and maximum charge level? Oops just seen @Luckypants has replied so some duplication in my response
  2. Be interested in hearing the fix for this as this is the setup I will be using when the Elroq turns up. Reading some other forums the issues seem to be resolved by deleting all schedules on the car and hypervolt. The only schedule should be the one in the Octopus IOG. Hope that helps and please reply if you resolve the issues.
  3. Thanks @Bowdie hopefully won’t have to do it myself. Looks like my dealer will do a deal for me with the flaps and fitting combined with some additional extras I want… Tip for the front wheel issue - get someone to stand by the driver door and press the brake pedal with only one foot in the car, doesn’t need much pressure to stop them turning to line up the studs.
  4. Looking good! Easy job? I suppose it took longer removing/refitting the wheels than fitting the flaps🤔 I haven’t looked underneath one but did you need a suv extension for extra height on the trolley jack?
  5. Has anyone who has an open Elroq order received notification of a change of HV battery specification? Just read that from build week 24 in 2025 the max charging rate will drop from 175kW to 135kW. I have not been contacted yet but wondered if anyone has… Apparently although the headline seems alarming the actual charging performance is actually better for us. Have a look at this video for an explanation: 135kW vs 175kW
  6. Absolutely, we gave the salesman a list of must haves before agreeing to the deal. To be fair he has come up with a good price on flaps, boot liner, rubber mats, scuff plates and charge port cover. We had a reasonable PX price and a good discount so quite pleased so far. Just waiting on the fitting costs for the flaps…
  7. Thanks @Bowdie (I’d already looked up the cost of the flaps) unfortunately I’m not in possession of a beefy enough trolley jack so was asking for costs. I’ve asked our salesman what he can do for us, so will see what comes of that first…
  8. Last week I ordered an Elroq Edition 85 in Graphite Grey with Advanced Pack and Winter Pack. Dealer thinks three to four months for delivery… Anyone have a price for mud flaps front and rear with fitting?
