Kamiq MY20 MIB3 Update
OK so it seems that we have same problem, in primary user screen do you have black screen with infinite "loading" message or another error ? I have been trying to get help for this since a few month, like in this thread: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/519915-ocu-update/page/5/#comments Up to now I didn't find a solution, even from dealer. I got an answer in an OBD Eleven forum but I didn't try it yet:

Kamiq MY20 MIB3 Update
Hello, I also have a 2020 Scala. Maybe you can try update from version 232 to 330. Not sure it will solve but in my case dealer done these updates and I have still same problem to become primary user

OCU Update
Hello @Rainesh , My configuration seems to be OK with MIB 330 and OCU 143 but OTA update never comes (maybe because I cannot become primary user). Would it be possible for you to provide this update and then I could run it from service menu locally ?

OCU version is visible in Telematics item, not in 5F. I use OBD Eleven but it should be the same with CarScanner

Kamiq MY20 MIB3 Update
Not sure that it is possible to re-install an older version. It could be a problem while re-activating navigation license, there is a Mega link with procedure in this topic, or a bug during update which could be solved by a factory reset from screen. Just a warn with reset : in my Scala (version 330 updated by dealer from 156) since reset I am unable to be primary user again, I don't know if it could happen to others.

Kamiq MY20 MIB3 Update
Which is your actual version number ? If greater than 308, upgrade to 332 can be directly done, and if not you have to install intermediate versions. Also if from 1xx version to 2xx, there is a problem on GPS license. For my Scala update from version 156 to 330 has been made by dealer. But there is a regression with Skoda Connect services and I can't be primary user of system and dealer does't know why (infinite loading message). I found help on this forum to update OCU to version 143 but problem is still present. I wonder if update MIB to 332 would solve that

Exhaust presure fault
I just saw fault with OBD Eleven when I tried to solve a MIB problem. There is no warn about it on dashboard, so I will search if there is a simple way to fix it, otherwise I will do nothing. I have another strange fault in OBD that don't give faults on dashboard, about Sunroof which indicates "Roof blind - No basic setting". My roof has no system for opening, just an electric blind

Exhaust presure fault
Hello, I have used OBDEleven on my Scala and I have found this fault which regularly come back if I reset it. Does someone know with it ? I have made full check at dealer for 90000km operations about 6 months ago. Engine is 1.5 TSI 150.

OCU Update
Hi, do you have an Android phone or iPhone ? If Android, before system upgrade you can test by installing old application MyŠkoda Essentials, APK is available here: https://skoda-connect.fr.aptoide.com/app

OCU Update
Update from my previous post: sorry I think I had a refresh problem from OBD Eleven app, update of OCU to 143 is OK! @Rainesh I still have no connectivity on MIB and you said in a previous post next step is an OTA update. Will update come automatically even if I am not set as main user (still unreachable with infinite "Loading" message") ? If not, how could I get It ? Would MIB update from version 330 to 332 solve the problem ? Thanks in advance for your help

OCU Update
@Rainesh During update I had screen indicating line per line install progress, each line had a progress bar witch then switch to "OK". At the end I had at the bottom of screen: 13/13 - 1 OK, 12 N/A. After Telematics fault gone OFF and LED went back to green, system asked me to reboot. After that I plugged OBD Eleven, I saw faults that came during update and version at still 139 and also no connectivity in MIB. It is possible that Skoda dealer had same behavior. How could I troubleshoot this and check if my Telematics hardware could have a problem blocking update ? Is fault "Checking Software version management" juste an information or it can block something ?
