Maybe, I don't adjust every day the mirrors but I'm pretty sure that it works previously. Many problems arise, even though they shouldn't in every update. They fix lot of things but sometimes it breaks anothers XD I will try with a factory reset.

I had this problem since I bought the car from Germany to Spain. I went to two official dealers and they told it was a problem with the communications module and I will have to spend 1000€ in the new module. They can't update it manually. I saw in the navigation lot of missing roads and outdated info, only the main roads appears in the map view. When I started the car over a road that the nav includes, it works and the sign recognition works properly. The TSR works together the maps info and if you drive over a road that it's not in the map, it stops reading. I was subscribed to Skoda connect but any OTA updates flashes in my car. One week ago this OTA solved the problem because it updates the nav too. Now the co-incidence with the mirrors.... :(

Hi everyone. I have get the OTA update one week ago. This 1989 version solved my problems with TSR (traffic sign recognition) because it works with the navigation maps and I wasn't able to update it with 1985 version. Now it updates the map version from 24.10 to 25.8 The problem, now I have seen I can't adjust the mirrors. I have tried to change the controller to position 1 or 2 and I can't move any mirror. The mirrors close when I close the car and it moves when I apply the memory position of the seats but the pad doesn't work. Coincidence??.

More than 3 weeks ??. I have unzipped all files on the root folder. The USB stick is plugged all time and the maps are still on 24.10 version. I have ride long trips for more than 4hours this summer and nothing's changed

Hi @Cairus Are you referring this info (attached image). I'm still having the same problem. I tried to update manually the maps with a USB stick but nothing happens. Some times when I start the ride it works correctly, but the 95% of times it doesn't work. Thanks

The problem it's I'm already subscribed for 3months. I got another updates for other systems but not for maps or navigation. Crazy. I'm pretty sure the problem it's the German software or SIM. Maybe it detects it's in another country and it doesn't update a big update. I bought this car from Germany and know it's in Spain. For this reason I think the only way it's dealership.

Yes I have tested it in both type C. I have changed to another SD card (128GB) with same result. It has been plugged this week and I have trips for more than 2 hours but nothings happens. If I put a song in the root folder I can play it. @Exkiwi thanks, I have the same structure. All folders in the root. I'll probably take the car to the dealership

I have used a Micro SD 128gb with a connector, but it doesn't be updated. I have plugged it for a long travel (3h) and when I have checked the version, it was the same. I will leave it plugged the next days

Hi. I used a USB drive and left it in while driving. I finished the trip and after 4 hours, nothing had been updated. All unzipped folders are in the root of the USB drive. Is there anything else I need to do?

Sorry I don't know how can I check this info. I'm pretty sure the camera is the original, they didn't change it. In my case I recalibrate the camera in a windshield repair service and every parameter was in range with the panel that they put in front of the car

Do you recommend update the maps manually to try if TSR works again or wait for a next OTA?. I get the car from Germany to Spain and the dealer doesn't help me about that. They want to change the camera (1200€) and if it doesn't work change the infotainment module (1300€). Ridiculous.

Hi I would like to update the navigation database. I have Infotainment online purchased but I don't get the OTA notification. Can I update it manually in my model version ?

Hi. I have some troubles too with Navi and TSR on my Mk4 2021. I can see my position in the Map but when I try to calculate a route it's display: "the route could not be calculated". The TSR doesn't works any time, every time when I start de engine and start the ride It displays "no signal could be recognized". I have calibrated the camera and it works correctly. My dealer says it was a camera problem but I think It's a software problem. I have Skoda Connect and infotainment online but I haven't got any update available. The car comes from Germany and the car now is in Spain, could it be the problem?. Regards
