  2. First mod for my superb I really want to change the upper grille I think i need these 2 parts? Can people confirm? I’ve read it’s a nightmare to do, and does require removing front bumper ideally?
  3. Fair play Read every post Proper build this And some lovely touches Kinda wish I didn’t get a 1.5 TSi now As I am struggling to find parts that I would love that don’t seem to fit 🥲
  4. I really want to keep the rear boxes As I’m hoping to keep a mega deep sound from it Resonator delete be ok
  5. How much of a rush are you in? I’m probably going to remove my full rear wiper assembly soon
  6. On my old fabia I used to have an ultra gauge plugged in Which allowed me to read some data and any engine lights and clear them I used carista to code stuff like alarm beep, lane flash, MPH etc Now with the superb I would love to code a few things Maybe headlight DRL stripes, maybe rear DRL on And alarm beep to name a few But I really want to be able to read any codes that come up, need a half decent code reader To be able to read any future issues Any advice please
  7. All sorted Was that rubber sleeve on the neck
  8. Couldn’t see / smell anything under the bonnet. Did have a look. Fuel cap area is the strongest smell
  9. Just noticed Hoping it was a simple Fix But I’m not sure Was in 3rd Half throttle and around 2.5k revs to 3k wasn’t smooth increase So think there’s more to it
  10. Did think that But now wondering if it was the fuel cap not sealed properly due to the rubber part being up the filler neck
  11. Removed whilst I was trying to take a photo and workout issue
  12. Mine looked like this I’ve pushed it down Hoping it was that which was causing my smell But what causes it to ride up?
  13. Got my superb estate 2 days ago Filled up with £50 on weds Came home could smell fuel Same again yesterday Got home from a trip and could smell fuel Noticed a wet patch on my fuel tank Went to the garage today They inspected it and said there is no active leaks They had it in a garage with the doors shut and running and couldn’t smell anything But when I’ve had it back this evening Absolutely stinks Soon as you open the fuel flap it’s as if you have your head in the tank It’s so strong Did a few searches and there’s tons of info online One think I don’t know Is There seems to be a gap between the plastic and the fuel filler neck Is this normal? Also just pushed the rubber boot back down, would this cause the fuel smell? Or can it be pushed up with tank pressure? Possibly from a faulty evap or n80?
  14. Thank you. I will message them and see what they say!
  15. Thanks for the reply Probably best of going down the custom exhaust route then, to stop any issues with fitment. I’m not sure what I want to do Sounds ok being standard Nice to have a quiet caR.
  16. Collect my estate this morning Already got wheels and suspension lined up, but would like to do a few more bits to it I have the 1.5 TSi 150bhp Manual FWD I’m looking at a remap by a local tuner who’s very good with VAG stuff Debating an intake, possibly the MST kit as it’s the most enclosed system But not sure what to do about the exhaust on it Wasn’t sure if a resonator delete would gain much sound Or would I need a custom exhaust somewhere I don’t mind if the exhaust tips aren’t visible But I don’t want anything that sounds rubbish Tried to do as much research as possible but struggling to find the info I need Any help would be amazing! Especially with photos

  18. Appreciate that! Always handy to know someone with tools like that
  19. That’s mad. I was speaking to Skoda HQ today. Trying to find out all the build specs for it. Not sure if the buckets are heated. Collect weds morning and can’t wait!
  20. How low are the springs? What’s your wheel specs for aftermarket. Looks what I’m after!
  21. Last ever photo Being traded in Porsche and Audi wheels for sale Onto the next Skoda project
  22. So I’m trading in my 2014 MK2 Skoda Fabia 1.2 TSi For a 2018 MK3 Superb Estate Sportline 1.5TSi 150 Fancied a bigger car from the fabia, didn’t want Octavia’s like most upgrade to, and always fancied an estate! I absolutely love the interior on it (unsure if my buckets are heated) And there’s about 5000 toys I’m going to need to get used to! Do plan some mods Aftermarket wheels Remap And workout best way to lower it. Honestly I can’t wait now Show me your estates 👌
  23. Thick cable ties Wrap it around Push it down to the silver part Pull tight and yank up Got all 4 of mine off
  24. Anyone before I buy all new parts 🫣
  25. Nothing, just doing a whole new change up with the car. New wheels Standard intake New stealth exhaust setup and new bumpers Just want a full revamp of the car How it looks now, and how it’s looked for nearly 2 years now
