  1. https://www.lllparts.co.uk/catalogs/skoda/CZ/SUP/632/8/877/877010 You're right, they don't seem to be around anywhere. Might be worth looking at breakeryard.com or breakerlink.com if you haven't already.
  2. Update I've replaced the switch (part number 3T0959831 if anyone's interested) but still no change. That bit of the loom looks to be in good condition as well, and it still illuminates. Can anyone suggest some sort of diagnostics I can do besides a multimeter on the plug? Also, is there a chance this could be coded not to work?
  3. Covered here with some helpful warnings from @laldie : https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/535262-3rd-brake-light-warning-estate/ Check the loom first!
  4. Did you have any luck with this? I'm struggling to find anything attached to that part number. Which sunroof is it you're after - panoramic or solar?
  5. Not a sponsored post, just thought I'd share a purchase with you. I recently replaced my daytime running light (DRL) bulbs with these LEDs - Auxito 1156 White P21W LED Bulbs (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/126645526984). Swap was fairly simple. Light units accessed very easily using advice on this forum, and the bulbs were a straight swap. Unless it was sheer luck and I got them right the first time round, they don't appear to be polarity sensitive either (although obviously if you're getting them, test they work before putting the units back in!) Bright without being too blinding, making the car a bit more obvious when the headlights aren't on. And being LED they have a more complementary colour than the standard warm filament bulbs. I'll keep an eye on the bulb life and update this post if required.
  6. Just had a look and Skoda Parts have these as new stock for a touch over €100 (£90) delivered (https://www.skoda-parts.com/spare-part/3t9945097-center-brake-light-skoda-18186.html)
  7. Is yours facelift or pre-facelift?
  8. Part number I believe is 3T9827025A. There's some on eBay for a decent-ish price, but you'll need to check what's included on it - you may still need to source new lights and tailgate switch if yours are knackered.
  9. That must have been annoying, but thank you for posting your experience because it's likely to help someone out in future. I think I'm going to follow your advice and always check the loom first!
  10. Turns out I got the dreaded curved badges, and the flat ones cost a lot more and still aren't a straight swap. I'm definitely tempted to print something to fit these badges given that they're so common.
  11. Can you post a picture so we can take a look?
  12. Had a look this weekend - the badges I got definitely aren't a straight swap for the existing ones, and I don't think you can get the newer badge on the front because it has the double tab fitting which I've not seen anywhere else. I think the solution is going to be to stick the new badges on to the black backing plate (the bit that gets left behind when the old emblem falls off) but that will mean grinding off the two little locating lugs on the back of the new badges I got. I've only had the rear emblem fall off so far. I might look to see if I can 3D print a solution.
  13. Haven't had a chance to install them yet. Hoping to try this weekend.
  14. Wouldn't they just? Posted amended.
  15. What sort of ranges are folks getting with their 2.0L diesel DSGs over different driving types? Just want to get a flavour for how heavy my foot might be with this new car!
  16. I've got some on the way to replace my missing ones - I'll let you know if I have any luck.
  17. That's good enough for me, just the maps to do then. Cheers @pab567 !
  18. Hello everyone. Sorry to be a bit needy so recently after joining! Can anyone advise me if there is newer firmware available for my Columbus unit, and if so, where I can download it? Current version details attached.
  19. Hello everyone. I've just picked up a 2013 Mk2 Superb Estate with the electronic tailgate. It opens with both the keyfob button and the tailgate handle button, but if I press the release button next to the DSG selector, nothing happens - no warning sounds, nothing on the Maxidot either. The other two buttons in this area (traction control off and tyre pressure) both work okay. All three switches illuminate in the dark. I have made sure that it's in park with the handbrake on, and I've even tried with all the doors unlocked, I've tried pushing once, holding the button down, etc. Any thoughts?
  20. Hello everyone, happy to be back in the Briskoda community with my 2013 Skoda Superb estate!
