  1. Oh, ok, thanks for the answer
  2. Oh, and can't it be added ? I've seen people having their own car picture, so I imagine that it can't be that hard to add a previous model ?
  3. Hi, I have a question about the infotainment car picture. Can the pictures be added ? When I try to change the car using OBD11, there are only two car models / pictures, Octavia 3 FL Hatchback and combi, none of the other bytes do anything, it either stays as O3 FL hatch, or the picture disappears entirely. is there any way to add the pictures, so that I could change it to my O3 hatch non FL ? 4. For anyone stumbling across this issue, here is a FIX: The problem was one of the cables not being connected properly (on the inside of the unit or display) First I recommend unplugging all of the connections and cleaning them properly without taking the unit and display apart use a small brush and IPA or some sort of contact cleaner If it's the same after connection you have to take apart the unit and display. On the display and the unit, there are screws which you need to unscrew (photo of the approximate locations) on the unit, there are 4 visible, and one under the warranty sticker After the screws are out, you can clean the inside of the unit, mainly the inner side of the back connectors the display needs these hooks to be unhooked (photo) I used 4 plastic pry tools - first unhook the bottom or the upper half - then sides - then it starts to lift and you can unhook the other half Then you can lift it up and clean the inside of the display (mainly all of the connectors that are on the inside) If all of this won't work, you have to check the continuity between the outer and inner connectors and your whole cable line. Thanks @Cairus for helping me and guiding me.
  5. The weird part is, that even android Auto connected and everything, just cannot hear the sound or do anything
  6. Looks like this, but I cannot unselect the 3 mentioned, they are still N/A
  7. My unfortunately says N/A , is it correct ? (Can't unselect it )
  8. Yes, it unfolds into the update menu I photographed
  9. Should I update it ? For me it seems weird, that the main modules have N/A
  10. It's this one Or do you mean the green one ?
  11. This is the update menu Should I uncheck something ? There are a lot of N/A
  12. Installed it from here https://mibsolution.one/#/1/9/MST2%20-%20TechniSat%20Preh/Firmware/SKODA_ZR/EU
  13. Yes, but I don't know it it was the right firmware, installed one from mibsolutions but I don't really understand the filing there, so I hope that it was the right one
  14. It is bigger than the previous one, but I don't know if 6.5" it's not Columbus it's smaller Just looked for it, and you are correct, it's the 6.5" screen
  15. This is the skin selection Tried all of them, none of them prevent the issue
  16. The error for incorrect coding is U101400
  17. I have done it with the toolbox, but I've found out, that you need ODIS for full removal
  18. Just for clarification or more possible ideas for solution, it did the same thing when I bought it and plugged it in without any modifications, could it be because of CP ? When I scan the car, there is a fault for CP and incorrectly coded control module in 5F (multimedia) and CP in 19 (gateway) In a bit I will go and have a look for the HMI skin
  19. I had to connect it to the back of the unit using jumpers and signal converters to connect it to the PC and flash it trough Putty. Then the update was done using an SD card
  20. I will try when I get back home, but when I was changing the units back and forth during the flashing, everything worked
