He's definitely helpful.........I popped in today for a quick sit in a Superb. He's one of the most helpful dealers I've come across and believe me I've dealt with a lot! Will be going back soon for an extended test drive. However won't be buying until the Estate comes out!

If we're talking useless customer service, I think Mercedes need a big mention and servicing costs £150+ per hour. Extending a warranty for a 3 year old E class 320CDI is £1006 per year! I don't think those figures are peanuts either!

It's the same with loose dogs. Apparently at 30mph they fly forward with the equivalent force of an elephant!

I can't see how using the handbrake is " faffing about ". You should be using the handbrake anyway when when you're stationary!
