  1. I haven't noticed this topic so far so please excuse me if it's already been mentioned. Has anyone ever removed the rear seats or at least the squab so that the back can lay flat? Cheers Simon
  2. Like most campsites in the area, they cater for families so we would need to be quiet after a certain time Looks like you'll be running round the campsite Benny Hill, style with angry dads chasing you Lee!
  3. I think this is in danger of losing momentum without the GodLee one guiding it's progress?
  4. Ok folks the new venue for the midweek meet is the White Rock Inn at Underriver near Hildenborough TN150SB (Sevenoaks ish) All welcome, excellent venue, great food and drink. If you've never been, check the menu, it's not a bargain bucket 2 for a tenner joint but it does do amazing, reasonably priced, fresh food. http//www.thewhiterockinn.co.uk If you fancy popping along, either for a chat and a drink or some decent grub too. Stick your name down here and I'll book a table once we have some idea of numbers. :sun:
  5. Come on Lee p wake up!!! If people don't want to camp at the Plough for some reason, there is a campsite directly over the road at the 70's themed caravan park. We'll be staying in the house Bless it........
  6. I can totally endorse Barrie's comments re the HID's I had standard bulbs in my MK1 Octy and wasn't over impressed compared to a Mk1 Fabia, went up to Osram night breakers and deffo noticed an improvement, however switching to 35W HID's was highly illuminating! When I got my 11 plate Roomster I was appalled at how poor the lights were. In the wet I literally couldn't see the kerb of roundabouts etc. I immediately switched to Philips Extreme Vision which made NO PERCEIVABLE DIFFERENCE! Unfortunately although they're switched on via VCDS the static cornering lights won't work so I sometimes turn the front fog lights on just to illuminate a kerb at a junction. As the darker nights are nearly on us I will be fitting HID's very soon!!
  7. Yes, definitely watch out for him, he can be trouble. If in doubt, just pat him on the head and say 'down Mikey boy, down'. Usually does the trick apparently.
