    Need to kind of put boot to horizontal / slight angle up, to allow water to run off gently, then fully extend.
     
    Dad's Audi TT mk2 does it too.  Not sure where its pooling the water to be honest but I suspect in his case its the retractable spoiler space.

    VCDS - not sure on Octy 2 as it could be module 46 or module 09, but you need to go in to the long coding and UNTICK the "selective unlocking" option.  Then all doors will unlock with one click.

    For that long, I doubt the insurance company will bother.  They must factor in people going on holiday or similar.  As long as the car isn't staying there overnight on a long term basis, I don't see an issue.

    Yes - My first thing was going to say a vacuum leak, as I had similar symptoms gradually onset when my hose to the actuator came loose from its bracket and rested on the exhaust manifold - slowly melting.....
     
    That should sort it.  Underboost is usually a lot more clear cut / easy to sort, compared to overboost (positive deviation)

    As long as number same the letter merely tells you how old it is. A good used one should be fine.

    Your downpipe will bolt right up to the replacement PD150 with no mods.
     
    Potentially you might need some of the intake side and the boost outlet side.
