what did the dv set you back and what delivery time did they give you/ craig

cheers for that mate ill bear that in mind what did the revo set you back/ did they just flash the ecu or did they have to take it apart ive heard of stories about shocking soldering dry joints and ecu,s that didnt fare to well with being opened up?

cheers for the ofter mate but dont really want to have to do much traverling jabba is just down the road but i havent found anybody to chat with who has delt with them ive read good reports but would like a little more info as im new to all this . im not looking at going in to the tuning in a big way id just like abit more power its taken me ages to convince her in doors to let me get it remapped but anything eles would be a nightmare to persuade her lets put it this way my options are limited lol:thumbup:

what kind of remap did you go for was it the generic or the custom what kind of bhp and fuel economy were you looking at?

what kind of money are you looking at for a uprated DV and is it somthing i should replace if i remap?

ive had my mk1 oct vrs for a year no mods and have had to replace 2 coils RAC said its common so they carry them on the truck all the time. have you done any tuning to yours as im looking into getting a remap and would like some info as to what i should do ive been to jabbasport and it looks like its the way to go. craig

hi there just joined and i can already c you are a helpful bunch some of the threads and tech detail is great. ive had my black mk1 octavia vrs for just a year now and if you are allowed to be in love with a car im guilty its fantastic but i seem to feel the need to tinker now, ive been told that jabbasport do a good stage 2 custom remap has any body else gone down this road and if so what did you think any feed back would be great , i think ive made my mind up but maybe need a little push to spend the money hi to all hope to speak to you soon craig:thumbup:
