  1. All new cars came with two keys. A Comfort spec car came with one remote key (non flip, two buttons) and one of these.
  2. A second Comfort spec key, looks right to me.
  3. Soooo here we go, it’s on. that’s Day 1 done. More fun tomorrow.
  4. The colour matches the adjacent trims that go down the side and the heater control trim.
  5. There is a chap on the Facebook Fabia VRS group who prints them.
  6. It isn’t. No factory speakers, no factory wiring.
  7. Fault code check, probably a weak ABS signal or a wandering wheel bearing.
  8. 1) Yeah, the key in the door... 2) Yes 3) About £90 the last time I ordered one from Skoda. 4) No, it's an assembled unit, just replaced them.
  9. Replacement door lock.
  10. You can fit the blank instead of the door lock, but then you are royally fudged if the remote stops working.
  11. You will need 310 discs (it does clarify that in the eBay listing) and the Audi A1 /S1 is 5x100. You can trust me on this one as I have them on my Fabia.
  12. I see, so the issue is not needing the manuals, more alack of understanding on how the manuals work. Then Wino's description above helps with that.
  13. Scala workshop manuals Knock yourself out.
  14. Surprising a 1.2 has ESP, guess that might be a Danish thing.
  15. If you have rear drum brakes (which I imagine most Fabia MKIII models will) I would always strip, clean, and adjust the rear brakes rather than just wanging the cable up.
  16. They won't fit, spacing is different on the carrier. Personally I would just grab a whole hub from a MK1 vRS and clean and refurb as required.
  17. Some brands of tyre are more prone to this than others. But a good idea to get it booked in and have a four wheel alignment check done.
  18. I would have thought so if it is a change of contract. And who is to say what is essential travel? You can travel to work, you can travel for food shopping, travel to see a child....
  19. I can't see why a Scout would be any different, engine and transmission might make a difference but trim I very much doubt. Worth emailing Briskoda parts with the vehicle reg to make sure you get the correct parts.
  20. Not physically impossible, but not financially viable by any means.
