Happy belated Birthday on both counts

I used to be a biker , can only afford to run the R36 by cycling the 25 miles a day to work. So I don't get sympathy for either because you have had a problem with some cyclists. I never run lights and always considerate

It's downhill from the off , no gritters twisted my ankle broke two ribs hurt my back and huge swelling to my foot . Had to go in to work an hour late as no cover I'm a chef . Nearly got hit by 4x4 lying in the road it was doing around 50 (30 speed limit ) and spun 180 behind me mounted pavement and took his mirror off on the wall . I thought my time was up Two blokes who came to help went flat on their backs crossing the road

Village where I work no signal on any network except maybe 10 minutes spread over a ten hour shift , we all iMessage or use WhatsApp

All phone companies knock a load off or give you a better deal when you are put through to cancellations

Try to loosen when cold then retighten , then go for a run , then loosen to drop oil , heat will have made it tighter
