I've just ordered from them. Ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived on the Thursday. Would definitely use them again.

Probably ideal as a spare or for someone to refurb before putting on their car. There is a fairly large dent in the rim although this doesn't compromise the seal for the tyre. The tyre on it is a Dunlop Sport Maxx RT that is about 80% worn. There are a couple of other smaller marks on the wheel but it's in decent condition apart from the dent. £40.00 collected.

Currently got an LG g3 which is great apart from the reception on it isn't amazing inside, hopefully software update of the modem will fix this in the future. I did have a windows phone prior and whilst it had some good features, I found the app choice not great (though I appreciate it's improving) and the apps that were there weren't great.

I picked this up a couple of weeks ago when it was on the PS+ deal. I'll add myself to the new club later tonight and send some friend requests over.

That's right, I thought it'd be hard but was pretty easy really. I used a wire coat hanger to pull the mic wire from the unit and through the dash, coming out on the passenger side. The A pillar cover pulls off (I've got some bojo tools for this) and then just pull the roof lining down a little so you can push the wiring in.

Behind the climate control for me as well, found it pretty easy to do and I just stuck it down with some velcro from memory. For fitting everything back, I found it easiest to take out the top centre vents so you can pull the look to the side/up as you put the stereo back in.

Where in Lancashire are you? Interested in the alloy wheel.

Optigloss luxury detail spray on offer. Only 20 bottles
DavidSR replied to Dinski's topic in Group Buys
Used mine at the weekend and liked it. Left a good finish but I'm unable to say how well it topped up the protection on my paint as it's been really windy around here so car is back to being covered in a bit of a film. Anyway pic attached. Car probably had a layer of Werkstatt about 6 weeks ago and was just washed and then this used when drying. -

1.8TSI and 2.0TSI engine failures
DavidSR replied to DGW's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk II (2004 - 2013)
Just to add to what Stever750 said, my 59 plate TSI is coming up to 48k now and has been fine also (touch wood). Only difference is I have mine of variable with an interim oil change by myself in between. Car has been running a stage 1 Bluefin for the last 2 and a bit years too. Mine has a little easier life than his though as it barely goes above 80mph but it's taken through the rev range enough! -
I went with the OEM bluetooth kit when I fitted it. I placed the module behind the climate controls and managed to run the microphone wire through the dash via a metal coat hanger. Fitting the mic was easy enough with a trim removal tool. From memory it was just one tick box that needed doing in VCDS for it to work. Only downside is I can't control my music playback via the Bolero, I have to skip tracks on my phone.

VRS CR 18" Tyres best choice?
DavidSR replied to aidanthomson's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk II (2004 - 2013)
I changed from Pirelli to the Dunlop Sportmaxx RT and I'm really impressed. Nice handling in wet, very predictable and progressive when you get to the edge of the grip, seem quieter too. -

I always thought it was best to keep OE discs and spend the money on good pads. Sent from my RM-821_eu_euro1_276 using Tapatalk

I'm running Dunlop Sportmaxx RT on the front of mine. Seems quiet enough and they've gripped well in the wet and dry. When they do eventually breakaway it's very progressive, Generally do well in expert reviews as well http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Dunlop/SportMaxx-RT.htm
