For mirror to go down when reversing you need the mirror adjust switch in L At least you do in my S2 Superb

Been reading all these posts and I’m now so confused. Just had a sneak look at my 2018 L&K ,which I pick up on Tuesday, and it has indeed got a SIM card slot even though I didn’t spec it. Not sure yet if I got the wireless charging box but mine was built in March/early April so I’m hoping I may have clicked for some of the other update to standard items. So, my question is : if I buy a data only SIM card , what size should I opt for and what will be my benefits? What is the best available deal? Can anyone simplify this topic for me please?

I’m looking to fit a nextbase 412GW dashcam to my 18 L&K and want to hard wire it in. The hard wire kit looks like it uses a piggyback fuse holder and suggests you use a 5Amp slot on the ignition side. Anyone done this and can suggest the best fuse slot to use. I’m thinking canbus May be a consideration here? Any help appreciated

I think they were standard on L&K in the Uk. My car is a 2015 Elegance and didn’t have them , just short plastic pieces that don’t keep much in place. Same with the cargo nets only being on L&K too I think. NOW SOLD

There isn’t a part number. It came from a guy in China after someone on the forum spotted it on eBay. Not a Skoda item. It fits flush so when armrest is down there is no problem.

Mine is a 2015 elegance estate. postage I’m guessing at around £2.85 but possibly less.

Tray for centre console on series 2 Superb. Handy for coins ,pens etc. And tidies up storage box. £4.00 plus postage at cost.

It worked a treat on my car. In 43 years of motoring this is the first time I’ve ever had to remove tar spots with a specific product. It’s even on the alloy wheels!

Stripping my additional items off my S2 Superb estate as it’s going off lease. I’ve got a pair of boot side panels , current new cost price £31.03 each and I’m asking for £20 for the pair plus £5.00 shipping. In as good as new condition, these really finish off the boot area and allow more items to be stored in the side pockets tidily also listing on eBay. any questions please pm me. n

My L&K 150 Dsg was built 3 weeks ago so guess I've missed out on the updated spec. Not too bothered as I added the rear camera but had to pay for it. Would have liked wireless charging and ventilated seats but hey ho specs change. interesting that the 190 engine seems reserved for 4wd. I didn't think it was worth the extra cash anyway.

I’ve had a series 2 Superb elegance 2.0 170 BHp with DsG gearbox for just short of 3 years and 119k faultless miles. Great car , only had a leaking rear shock absorber changed and 2 hands free microphones. Other than that just services. Front pads and discs changed at around 90k and rear pads only at 98k. Still runs like new and returns over 50mpg (dot matrix figures) on work Day runs. ordered a new Superb and didn’t seriously not consider anything else.

Just done a bit of a spring clean and I seem to have as much tar on the lower body and alloy wheels as the M1 ! any recommendations for quick and easy removal. Thanks

118k now. Going off lease around 23rd April now. Been a great work car and a terrific tow car too. It’s got a witter removable towbar.

After 116k miles of perfect motoring over the past 3 years my car is nearing the end of its lease and new car in transit from the factory. Its been a great work and tow car The 170 engine and DSG gearbox haven’t missed a beat. Superb is a great name for these cars. VW Finance want £8 k for it which is based on their current auction prices. A great car for someone. I’m not selling it but if anyone interested pm me and I can put you in touch with VW finance and give you more details. Hope mods are ok with this as I’m not trying to sell, just alert anyone looking for a good car.

Anyone know if the Columbus system on my series 2 superb works with apple car play for texts please? It certainly works for my newly issued Samsung J3 but guess that’s a different system
