How are you getting on with it Kev ? Has anything else been changed? Like Bluetooth etc

I've been offered this fix yesterday I will have to pay back the £115 (cash equivalent of Sat nav ) but I'm waiting for feedback from Skoda and on here if possible please. I think they may leave themselves open to more complaints as I was told that the sat nav or cash was the only offer when clearly it is not that's is why I'm having another go as they are clearly not treating everyone equally .If I don't get a phone call on Monday from Skoda I'm going to auto express myself .[emoji35] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If your car is built after b/w 22 it should have smartlink .

Having read the article I'm now getting awaiting a call back from Skoda .After changing phones which I'm still not Happy with.I just gave up with Mirrorlink all together.

I'm on my way to get a copy and I think I will have another go at them after getting a derisory£115 which was supposed to be the cash alternative to the equally derisory garmin sat nav. [emoji16]

I hope it's works out ok for you Phil they are cracking cars but it will have to be make for the bad service and empty promises, like you say.[emoji4]

Ever since this thread was started by Kev I've been an avid reader and made a few comments and fought the good fight .Mirrorlink and Skoda customer service totally spoilt the new car experience for me .I have had Mirrorlink working since late June ,I've come to this conclusion I should not have bothered its not worth the expense of changing phones etc and for what the apps that work it defiantly isn't worth it . I think you will find that the stock cars they had were pre week 22 cars That's why they introduced 0% deals etc . I see Skoda don't know when to stop digging the hole they made for them selfs[emoji19].

This is the premium (£69)version that I have on my m9 that works fine. Note that is the same picture that is the fabia brochure dated jan15 . All I can say is that it works fine in my car b/week 20 and m9 is running latest software. Hope this helps and good luck.

Hi other apps are weather pro parkopedia aupeo! Audioteka Car they are only ones that work in my car and phone while moving. Hope that helps.[emoji4]

Good luck , when I went to buy an m8 they had none left so they let me try m9 in the car which they said it was same software etc. I was very sceptical in until worked in my car .The only thingsI will say is that it is an ee phone and a full version of Sygic .hope that helps you .

Htc one m9 works fine on mine . Good luck with getting them to supply you a phone that works I tried and got no where . I sent them a breakdown of my costs in getting the phone to work with mirrorlink and got offered the Sat Nav or £115 cheque which I grudging accepted to put an end to this whole sorry saga .

Sorry it looks like my reply to gadgetman has killed this thread but you can only try so many times to contact programs.If buying a compatible phone comes over like I'm alright jack then so be it .I've been trying has hard as anyone to get this sorted and have passed on all my findings with other phones to help others out.
