when you switch the ignition off, i always get a really cool sound of something simular to a mini jet engin powering down ...i dunno wat it is but its funky! ...is it the power steering?
Dont forget your belongings from the overhead locker and no smoking until inside the terminal building !! LOL

Hi I'm new to the forum and have just ordered my new vRS on friday. I test drove the car twice in daylight and didn't think to see what colour the dashboard lights are and just wondered if somebody could tell me what colour they are.
I know that they are mostly green however I seem to recall somebody telling me that the needles on the speedo and rev counter are red?
If anybody has a pic of the dash at night time I would like to see it so I can go out and get a head unit that matches
I have the same question. I ordered mine in May.
1. Any pictures of the dash at night?
2. How long were you quoted for delivery?

It is a 1.2 Fabia not a vrs, I too bought my car from DM Keith Bradford.

Im looking at getting a Fabia VRS but im not sure what to do for value for money.
What are the residuals looking like on them for 3 or 4 years down the line?
Am I better off buying new or Nearly new from dealer or Private?

I have ordered a Fabia vRS from DM Keith in Bradford and got them to add the mudflaps for free. It was not mentioned to me that they were different from the standard Fabia. The car comes in September so I shall see then !!

As I dont get my new vRs until September, I was wondering, reading this thread, what tyres I'm likely to get?
The showroom model had Continental (Poor wear rate (Experience) and the demo had Michelin Pilots (Better wear rate)
I favour Khumo Sports Ecsta . Very good grip and wear and 1/2th price of Conti's

This is rediculous. LPG is far cheaper than petrol. Period. Stop whinging. Get a conversion !! Then reap the rewards. It that simple !!

Just see it in light humour and go along with it. It's only a car. I take the mick with blokes from work about mine. Could not care less what they think as they are only trying (badly) to wind me up.
I agree. I'll just laugh along and then ask them in two years time how much their car is now worth and then laugh some more !! They drive Renault Megane's and Laguna's
