  1. you used to be able to get it vat free thats when i ordered mine about a year ago, did take 6 months to turn up but has been fine since
  2. these " whiplash" claims suceed because its cheaper for the insurance company to pay out than to take it to court and its immpossible to prove or disprove and can be faked easily by reading a book anway why should they worry they will get the money back from your increased insurance. sorry for you though
  3. my scout took 8 months to arrive nothing special ordered, did get £300 ms vouchers with it to cushion the wait

  7. i think perhaps he was trying to cheer me up as i asked what the changes would be and said that the dealers had not been told but it might be different wheels or blue tooth stuff and perhaps i took this to be a facelift when it isnt
  8. i ordered a diesel scout 12th nov and went today to see what was happening and was told they dont have a build date as a facelift model is coming out and the havnt started to build these yet but i should get the car in julyish if that is an exact month im not sure
  9. i did this job on an astra and the boot had a joint in it which was closed with superglue easy to do and lasted for years , no need to remove the drive shaft, perhaps the same is available for your car
  10. mines going to be royal mail red when it arrives in marchish
