not sure if links to other forums are permitted? but detailingworld is a good place to look. glass like finish? all to the prep work. I like Super Resin Polish from auto glym - looks good as a 1st stage, then black hole on top of that from poor boys then a wax to finish. better the prep the nicer the finish

While doing some tlc on the Fabia, the radio aerial connector has fallen apart on me Any ideas? Can I crimp a new one on? If so where do I get one? What else can I do? Tar Phil

Yeah I have it all sorted now Goes with a bang with the corrosion gives up Think I am sorted but times will tell If I loose the wiper on the motorway I know it's wrong lol

how far do you want to go? if you want new turbo and lots of power then wait for your map. If you don't want to change turbos then get a stage 1 map. you need to look into clutches etc if you decide to go big power etc

What type are car do you want? Type r is a na cat Leon is a turbo More tuning potential on the Leon because its a turbo. Limited on the type r. But you can spend thousands on both if you wanted. Phil -

I know it's not the same, but I run. Clio 172 as well as the vrs. It does drink fuel, I get around 250 to a tank going to work Tax is 265 a year and we have a multicar policy at 1200 for 3 cars. On my own, vrs was nearly 800 and clio similar So it's a good saving that way. Just depends how often you want to use it? I got the clio up at 4000 a year and the fabia 12000 Phil -
