Ahm ooot, will be working.

Just normal car shampoo for me and give them a bit of a polish/wax every now and again.

Either for me, though I'm due off nights on the Sat morning so won't be there for 11:30.
-
Had ours for just short of 12mnths and it's not been a minutes trouble, not used any oil either (just short of 10k).
A nice free revving engine that can give you mid 50's mpg on a steady run, mid 30's for me about town and the worst I've got was low 20's one morning .
Quite happy above legal limits on the m/way but economy does suffer.
Overall, very pleased with ours, just watch the wheels when parking.

As said ....Skodas dont have soft paint
I'll let you have a look at the marks left in our roof by the roofrack at tomorrows meet....
-
I hear people using the term soft paint and I don't get it. Any paint that gets hit by a stone will be chipped and damaged. I think it is down to the shape of the car being prone to hits rather the paint being "soft".
When using a roofrack on our Monte it's not uncommon for it to leave imprints of the roofrack feet in the paint on the roof, these fade over a few days leaving no trace.
I've put it down to the paint being soft.

I've a set of 195/55/15's on some spare wheels.
-
Sorry I won't be able to get across today, have a good one.
-
I had something similar the other day on our Monte, went to lock it with the fob and nothing happened.
Locked it with the key, 10 mins later it was ok using the fob.

99% should be there, but there's a very slim chance I could be in France that weekend.

Sept 11.
Red/red.
Cruise/climate/heated seats and a spare wheel.
No mods as yet.
in your country can you get discs on rear, because thought monte carlo`s only come with drums. or do you have a mk2 vrs rear axle
Noticed those, find it a bit strange that a Greenline Fabia has rear discs and the Monte has drums.

Settings of 30sec/f4 and ISO1600 should give you a good starting point.
Could be a mission for the camping trip next month! LOL! star photo competitions fromt he top of some cold dark hill!! haha!
I couldn't get a Milky Way shot camping the other week so did a star trail shot instead.

Good meet despite the weather, though a bit too wet to take any pics.
