Cold air intake
I have on MK2 VRS (2007). with Ramair JSK-120-BK intake air kit. No problems with MAF. I have only one question. I have made few changes: (no DPF, no EGR, new sport FOX exhaust (middle and last part), inter cooler-S3, plastic with flaps to ALU intake manifold,tuning stage 1-2...) 170->...200HP Is it better to leave original box with sport air filter or to leave it like now. Sound for me is super. But i have a feeling like a suction hole, when i press the padel.

Hello I have Škoda Octavia RS 2.0 TDI. Can anyone tell me which clutch is better. LuK BR 0241 600 0017 00 vs SACHS ZMS Modul XTend plus CSC 2290 601 062 Price in Slowenia is 370€ vs 450€. I have 250.000km. Tuning to 200HP. Thanks for any advise. Best regards, Dejan.

Ramair sport filter
Hello I have one question. I bought this kit for Skoda Octavia RS 2007 TDI. (170HP ->200HP) Now i am wondering if i should leave air filter like this, or should give another pipe down to get cooler air, or to close from up with another black plate and give direct air... Or sell it and build back original box and then buy sport filter for box? I wanted to get cool air. That was my first meaning. Then sound and perform-ens. Because i also changed to bigger inter-cooler from S3 and from plastic with flaps to ALU intake manifold. Thanks for any suggestions. Best regards, Dejan.

Yes that could be normal. But on chiped / maped motor, it should show around 200 HP. That unusual.

I am from Slovenia. And as i wrote in past posts what was changed. SBS tuning which tuned my car say that something is wrong with car in original state. Because this car should show 205 PS and 410 Nm on dyno. I can fell better performance but they say also that it should go even better. And now i look for cheaper cost to fix this. Torque cca. 400Nm and only 168 PS. Changed MAF senzor and then got 185 PS and now we are ... Someone sad that my siemens are hitting top of working... They were fabric changed at 120.000km. Now i have 237.000km. Thanks

The problem was luftmesser - maf sensor. Now i have to go back on dyno for measuring. (HP, Nm) I bought new Luftemesser. It is better but still not 200Hp. Now we have to search for new reasons.... Any new ideas what to check. - siemens nozzle adjustment - check vacuum tube on tandem pump - check last pot that did not collapse inside... Thanks

Hello We went to another tuning specialist. He measured car again on dyno. First and second measuring with tuning map 179,43Hp and 179,82Hp. Then measuring with original map 170Hp. But computer showed only 161.71Hp. So they say that something is wrong with car in original condition. Now light for engine turns on and stays on. They will have car for next week and try to eliminate one thing after another to figure what is wrong. They cleaned sensor on air filter then took it off but car goes in safe mode. We will see what next week brings. If you have any suggestions/ideas please let me know. Best regards, Dejan

(mapping) - 205HP - 400Nm Next step I have changed intercooler from A3/S3, ALU inlet manifold and air filter from Ramair JSK-120. And now i took it to dynamometer(Company:Mustang) . But results were disappointing. (Torque is great aprox. 400Nm, and low 168PS) But i felt difference after chip tuning... Car wasn t measured with original map(170PS). Any ideas. Best Regards Dejan

Till now is done: - DPF filter and EGR (computer and physically removed) - Chip tuning Result: aprox. - 205HP - 400Nm Now i would like one more modification: - bigger intercooler / charge cooler - downpipe / decat - sport exhaust system - pipes, colectors or what is necessary for this step. I wouldn't touch turbine and injectors. To much money. Can anybody help me to find which things should i change and from which cars to buy it? Or any suggestions are welcome (positive or negative).
