Front left suspension knocking
My 2010 1.2htp with around 84,000miles, has developed this knocks when driving over poor road surfaced, bumps. Strangely it won't knock when I push down but will when I pull up on the wheel arch. I have jacked the side up and thoroughly inspected the following Top mount / strut bearing. Drop link. Shock and spring. Lower arm bushes. Grabbed the wheel at 12 and 6 o'clock and rock it to check for ball-joint or wheel-bearing play. Grabbed it at 3 and 9 o'clock and check for steering play. All seems fine. Also I did replace the drop links last year, but all other suspension parts are the original from new. I have done all the repairs and maintenance since owning it for the last 16 years, but I'm not sure what other checks on this knocking I am missing out. Any help and suggestions is welcomed. Thanks I have uploaded a very video of me lefting the wheel arch to reproduce the knock. FLH.mp4

Seized adjustment Wedges
Hi All, l have cleaned my rear drum brakes, but my adjustment wedge are completely seized. I have carefully sprayed some lithium grease to try and free it up. I think one side is a lot worst. Unfortunately it still seized and I'm trying not to go down the route of stripping it down. It has also affected my handbrake adjustment as shown in the picture. Is there other ways to loosen it up without stripping it. Thanks

What do you recommend? Die or angle grinder.
Thanks all. Luckily I picked up a Parkside Cordless angle grinder from my local Lidl for £25.

What do you recommend? Die or angle grinder.
I have a bugger of a nut from one of my anti roll bar link. I have tried mole grip, saw, and it's not bulging. unfortunately I have broken most of it, which makes the nut spin and hard to cut off. What do you recommend I use for the bugger, die or angle gridder? Thanks

Any recommendations for an honest and value for money clutch specialist in London?
please can anyone recommend an honest clutch specialist in London area. No offence to anyone but from my previous experiences, it's hard to find one which is the main reason l have started doing minor repairs myself. My low cost Fabia 1.2 HTP runner has now done 82k Miles on orignal clutch. The clutch is now getting hand to engage. I adjusted gear linkage and changed oil couple of years ago, so I think it's time to change the Clutch. Has anyone done this recently and how much did it cost? Thanks
