Seized adjustment Wedges

Hi All, l have cleaned my rear drum brakes, but my adjustment wedge are completely seized. I have carefully sprayed some lithium grease to try and free it up. I think one side is a lot worst. Unfortunately it still seized and I'm trying not to go down the route of stripping it down. It has also affected my handbrake adjustment as shown in the picture.  

Is there other ways to loosen it up without stripping it.
