  1. Hi, Can anyone assist with the actual inches, or to be continental cms, of the floor plan for the Mk111 boot, variable floor top deck please. SWMBO's dog comes in inches/cms and there's quite a lot of them, not litres!
  2. Ordered my new Superb through Carwow before finding this today. I couldn't believe the discount I got but then checked with Coast2Coast for Vehicle Skoda Superb Estate ESTATE 1.4 TSI 150 SE L Executive 5dr Factory Options Bluetooth Telephone preparation Bluetooth with phonebox Colour maxi dot trip computer Lane change assist and blind Spot monitor Maxi dot trip computer Park assist (inc front/rear parking sensors) Smart light assist Travel assist with traffic sign recognition Towbar with electric swivel function Electric driver's seat with memory Electric front seats with memory Removable rear parcel shelf Variable boot floor LED interior light pack - Superb Metallic - Quartz grey Hill hold control Keyless entry and start 18" Zenith alloy wheels Space saver spare wheel Additional Options Basic Price £20,712.50 Factory Options Price £4,670.81 Discount £5,538.16 Additional Options Price £0.00 Sub Total £19,845.15 Manufacturer's Delivery Cost £425.00 VAT £4,054.03 Road Fund Licence (12 months) £0.00 First Registration Fee £55.00 ON THE ROAD PRICE £24,379.18 TOTAL SAVING £6,645.79 That's another £1,000 that would have been saved. As my son keeps reminding me "Never be an early adopter".
  3. Carwow and Beadles Maidstone is the way to go. I've just ordered my SE L Executive brimming with bits (I'm not sure if I have to even be there when it's being driven, I think that like J Bond esq I can work with a mobile phone), 15.5% off a saving of £4,651. Go Carwow and speak to Oliver, he even knows about variable floors and spare wheels.
  4. Fubar - As Octavia5 says, an inspiration many, many thanks.
  5. Hi, Just found this thread, there doesn't seem to be a great deal of enthusiasm about but I would be interested in meeting other Skoda owners I'm in St Blazey Gate and am retired. On my third Octy Elegance and crying in my beer about this one I ordered it with ACC and every goody that I could think of (apart from heated seats) it seems to have arrived without the good stuff, apparently there was a shortage and all the bits went to Audi and VW. Such is life!
  6. Carfile.com the bees knees. £3,500 off, fixed up the sale of my Mk 11 Octy at the same price as local PE and got the car hauled from Nottingham to Cornwall included in price. Well done Jonathan.
  7. Got my new Octy Elegance through Carfile.net and at Sandicliffe Skoda Nottingham including free trucking from Notts to Cornwall for a saving of £3,500. My local dealer in Cornwall offered me a "Good customer discount", second Skoda bought from them and all servicing carried out by them, of £500. Only two Skoda dealers in Cornwall
  8. Hi, also a first time poster so my apologies as well. Very concerned at this thread as I've just received my Octy (3rd one) it's had towbar prep and I'm looking to fit a towbar in the next couple of weeks. Have been quoted £865.00 by my local dealer which seems a heck of a lot but that apart I would really appreciate the answer to the questions posted by Triplet. Many thanks
  9. Third Octy and the best yet. Arrived on the back of a truck from Nottingham, one hour early, with a great driver, Graham from Logistical Support. It's a 2.0 Ltr Elegance estate, metal grey, Kessy, Bi-exons, Intelligent parking assistant, Adaptive cruise control, together with all the goodies that come as standard, I'm not quite sure why I'm sat in the drivers seat.
  10. Another one for a St Austell meet.
