  1. I'm exactly 6 foot however I have a long body and short legs for my size. You'll have to go and sit in a Zoe and see what you think.
  2. Random question -anybody get the case for the charging cable I'm trying to get a bit more info as to if it is good size to store a Mode 3 cable (Type 2 to Type 2)
  3. Not if you get the genuine Skoda ones - as they are synthetic rubber and they fit really well
  4. Get the Skoda rubber mats -then they'll probably outlast the car
  5. @FatWolfie A rather different proposition from the Zoe - I got an Audi e-tron 50. i'm leasing it through my work (NHS) at a very subsidised price with extra incentives for going pure electric meaning that I've got a car that I could never otherwise afford.
  6. You could try https://www.wizzle.co.uk/ It's free to use and members of the trade bid on your car. I used it successfully to move on my Citigo -very easy quick and convenient. Obviously you'd still get more from a private sale, but you can use it to gage interest. Used car prices are a bit crazy at the moment and reportedly there is a shortage of used cars in the trade.
  7. Thanks for sharing your experiences and wishing you both all the best with your new car. I really wanted to like the Zoe, but unfortunately had to rule it out for me as the high seating position and low roofline really doesn't suit my large and not particularly flexible frame and getting in and out especially in tight parking spaces would be painful and difficult. I've recently made the jump to a BEV and it is a very different experience from ICE cars. having driven mine for a month I briefly drove my partner's 1.2 DSG Yeti today, and I initially thought there was something wrong with it due to the vibration and power delivery.
  8. I wonder how many people will be sticking green bits on their non-electric cars trying to take advantage of various incentives on offer? 🤔 I drive an EV lease car so will be keen to see what comes of this. One thing someone raised on another forum is that having a clearly identified electric vehicle could potentially assist the emergency services in the event of a fire or other situation involving an EV
