  1. the auto brake comes on every time u stop when driving and hill hold when stopped i put the car in for a fix the replaced n/s rear brake senser cleared off all the listed faults over the last two weeks yes it was 181 pounds well spent at my local garage and other faults must have been listed as the car is running alot smoother now
  2. The ob11 tool was useless it never detected any faults
  3. Yes it was working fine the whole car has been active for the last 9 years
  4. BECAUSE THE AUTOBRAKE WAS NOT WORKING I USED THE KNOB ON THE CENTRE CONSEL THIS WAS VERY VIOLENT I HAD TO GET IT FIXED

SKODA SUPERB SE 1.6 D i had to take it to my garage gryffe garage in bridge of weir they put it on their machine loads of faults it was an abs senser on the nearside rear wheel the obs reader never showed up any faults totally useless new senser fitted all faults cleared the car is running much better
  6. skoda superb se 2016 my car has only done 37000mls i have had it from new its now 9 years old yes i went to arnold clark for the repair kit it cost 48 pounds looked up utube for guidance to fit the repair kit it was not easy on my driveway put on knee pads and used a torch there were 4 bolts visable only two hold on the bracket for acc carrier so i fitted the repair kit put it all back together and fitted the front cover drove for most of the day reset the cruise control on the stock i was wondering about getting it recalibraited but now the fault has gone and is working just by fitting the repair kit for my car relief
  7. my mk 3 acc had a red triangle on the dash acc not working took off the radar cover went to arnold clark ordered a new bracket it cost me 48 pounds for the repair kit for the acc i picked it up today looked on utube how to replace and fix it took the acc device out disconnected it removed the twisted housing for the acc two screws holding it in and fitted the new bracket and refitted the acc device the red triangle was still there drove the car most of the day used the stick on the stearing wheel for cruise control and now the fault has cleared no recalibrating the new bracked holder has cleared the fault
  8. if the senser is unplugged has anybody tried that to remove the fault from the dash
  9. i have a problem the senser on the front has had a knock and then when driving other liight come on abs track sign autobrake inactive but when i connect my ob2 it says no faults found but if i stop the car takeout the key and restart it the faults go away for sometime
  10. well i could not do anything i have a car diagnostic tool ob11 connected to try to look at the acc radar fault i have no cruise control just a red triange on the dash it said no faults found so nothing could be adjusted i am at a loss i dont need the radar on the grill yes the brackets were broken i used 2 large tie wraps to hold it back in place
  11. yes i took the grill off and dismantled the front grill the brackets are broken i sorted the brackets with large tie wraps put it all back together nothing has changed no cruise control and it has other faults front assist unavalable even tried to turn this feature off to no avail i would love to turn the front assist off but i cant
  12. my car banged the car infront now it says front assist unavailabe no damage was done but a red triangle has appeared on the dash i plugged it into my reader it say no codes found but i wil take off the grill tomorrow and have look
  13. the engine management light has come on but the car drives just the same i it looks like atrip to the garage for me
  14. just the rear cabin roof interior light i cant get them to switch off the car has privacy glass the lights are on it lit up like a taxi i will try today all that has been suggested
