the problem is most likely the flywheel springs after coming apart inside the gearbox get it checked ASAP as it could cause more damage at worst it will not go and the gearbox is sheared away GET IT SEEN AT YOUR DEALER NOW

The most likely problemis the lambda probe (bank1 probe1) if the problem continues you will have to replace the lambda probe, try cleaning the throtle body and reset the basic settings first.
