Similarly - no sign of MPG improving with age in an owned-from-new Yeti 2.0 TDi (80k miles in total).

The 'loosening up over time' is a phenomenon I've never actually seen in practice. This represents the first 17k miles of 1.5 TSi manual Karoq ownership: On very short journeys I typically see similar (mid 20's) MPG👍

My 2023 1.5 TSi Karoq SE-L announced I'd owned it exactly 365 days yesterday by informing me online services had expired and requested a mere £76 for the privilege of a 1 year extension 😀 Planning to see if I miss it before parting with the readies👍

Nearly at the end of a tank of Shell V-Power E5 and no appreciable difference in resistance to stalling, performance or economy😕 Next step will be to consider a pedal box (or a different car altogether!)

I believe the Audi flat blue differs from Energy Blue ?

Any idea if this represents a particular cloud formation?

A local road earlier. Looking at that crash I guess there is something to be said for new cars having mandatory emergency autonomous braking as standard 🤔 I'm guessing the rear most car (? a Skoda) braked autonomously.

150 miles in on Shell V-Power E5 and no noticeable change in stalling characteristics.

Just got through the first tank of E5 with no noticeable improvement in stall resistance, although as the last tank was Tesco Momentum 99 I'm giving a tank of Shell V-Power E5 a go - @£1.649/litre 😬 Will report back

On my 20231.5 TSi SE-L (smaller virtual cockpit) a blue symbol stating 'eco' lights up in the bottom right hand corner, whenever it runs in 2 cylinder mode, irrespective of dash configuration. Without the symbol indicating it is running in this mode I wouldn't otherwise be aware as there is no change in engine note. I find it a little distracting though as I often mistake the symbol for main beam!

I also wondered if altering the Throttle mapping (? with OBD11) might improve the car's driving dynamics? I recall Carista had this option for my previous Yeti, although this option doesn't appear for the Karoq unfortunately.
