Is Karoq 1l petrol strong enough to take a full load and a family of 4 on a motorway journey and up hills?
Based upon my experience of that engine in a SEAT I'd say it wouldn't be ideal in a fully-laden Karoq, although as previous posters have mentioned the DSG box does a reasonable job of disguising the (relative) lack of power. I recall a 1.0 TSi SEAT I previously owned was pretty reasonable on the motorway, but was unable to reverse up relatively modest inclines

I noticed this the other day too - just a dot as a notification now🤷♂️ Guessing it was an Android Auto update?

1.5 Tsi Power Cutting Out
In my view first and second are too low geared. Sadly this car won't live long in my memory, unlike several previous Yeti's, and the Suzuki which preceded it

Disappointing isn't it, especially given the cost (and subsequent depreciation).

1.5 Tsi Power Cutting Out
For comparison I drove a mates 1 4 2017 TSi Oxtavia and found it a much more pleasant thing to drive. As much as I'm not keen on DSG I very much regret my decision to go with a manual.

1.5 Tsi Power Cutting Out
Yes - I had the same message on the dashboard👍 My wife and I have pretty much lost faith in the car, as it's so difficult to drive smoothly, especially in traffic.

1.5 Tsi Power Cutting Out
Indeed - I was interested to read comments where they had achieved.higher feel economy with E5, which I've never managed to replicate over many miles logged (on Fuelly) There is however a noticeable improvement in low end torque and as I'm a sucker for collecting points I do use the odd tank of Shell V-Power 😀 https://www.fuelly.com/car/skoda/karoq/2022/pinkpanther/1200251

1.5 Tsi Power Cutting Out
Interesting to read this, as our 2023 1.5 TSi manual has stalled numerous times since we picked it up. No fault found at it's recent first service. I'd initially thought it was just an easy car to stall, but have on several occasions found the engine 'dead' when trying to pull away. The automated re-start cycle seems to take an eternity when it's stalled in a precarious place! Never had this issue with any number of manual petrol or diesel cars. The issues noted in the link above certainly resonate with me so I'll try a few tanks of E5👍 This had become such an issue I was keen to move the car on (or swop to an Auto) but recent used car prices falls mean this will be a hugely costly option.

Correct Rear Wiper for Karoq Sportline 2023
The OEM front and rear wipers on my 2023 Karoq became noisy with a few months of delivery. Replacement Bosch blades all round and now silent in operation 👍

Correct Rear Wiper for Karoq Sportline 2023
Interesting - the A335H I purchased from eBay looked entirely different, although did donate it's blade to the OEM arm🤷♂️

Thank you 😊 I started my SLR journey with a Zenit, before moving to Praktica and then an Olympus. I remember the Zenit was fully manual and hugely noisy in operation. My first DSLR was a Nikon D50, for which I paid a friend £40! I then had a Sony A200 and lastly a Nikon D90.

Many thanks - food for thought 👍 I previously had a few DSLR's, but then migrated to Lumix Bridge cameras (currently FZ1000) and Lumix compacts (TZ70 & TZ100 currently) but am hankering after another DSLR.

Correct Rear Wiper for Karoq Sportline 2023
I opted to butcher the A335H and extract the blade! After a little experimentation I was fortunately able to non-destructively disassemble the OEM item and successfully translated the Bosch blade, which is silent in operation😀 Not easy to take apart, but pleased I avoided paying £28 for a sub-standard part👍 Hopefully Bosch will update their catalogue with the new part 🤞

Correct Rear Wiper for Karoq Sportline 2023
I purchased the A335H from eBay, but unfortunately it does not fit my 2023 SE-L Karoq. The original (top & right) and A335H are below for comparison. The local main-dealer quoted £28 for OEM replacement, which I'm not keen to go with given the original has performed poorly (juddering) from just a few months old. Guessing I'll try one of the others mentioned above👍
