  1. At Belton this afternoon...............
  2. Early indications are replacing both front top mounts has resolved the issue with excessive noise. I also recently took ownership of a 2021 Octavia Estate 1.5 TSi manual and noticed none of the driveability issues (ease of stalling) evident with my 2023 manual 1.5 TSi Karoq. The ride is also considerably more comfortable on the Octavia, which I suspect is probably as a consequence of the 16" alloys and 60 section tyres, as compared to the (relatively) low profile and in my view over-sized 18" items on the Karoq.
  3. Mine is running 0330 and wireless Android Auto is rock solid, but wireless Apple Carplay continually disconnects.
  4. A lovely end to the day..............
  5. A few from last night..............
  6. Waddington (Saturday afternoon)....
  7. Bit cooler this evening πŸ˜πŸ‘
  8. My local main dealer kindly loaded up the car with a mechanic whilst another inspected the suspension πŸ‘ We had 4 in the car when the temperature hit 28 degrees on Monday and the noise was much more evident. Hope you get it sorted🀞
  9. A few from the local Res this evening............
  10. A few from Yorkshire Sculpture Park today............
  11. The steering rack was replaced on mine within a few months of delivery. The garage picked up a noisy steering motor whilst investigating the noisy suspension and a replacement was authorised under warranty and fitted a few weeks later, although had no impact on the suspension noise. If the replacement top mounts don't resolve the issue it'll be a case of either living with it, or considering moving the car on in favour of something else. Whilst in the showroom yesterday I was impressed by the new Kodiak and was surprised to see a base model 1.5 TSi DSG 2WD 5 seat Kodiak (energy blue only) wasn't much dearer than the energy blue 24 plate 1.0 TSi manual Karoq SE L on displayπŸ€”
  12. Β£499 here https://autohausdolby.co.uk/timing-belts/
  13. Whilst troubleshooting the noise yesterday we realised it was most evident with 2 front seat passengers, whereas it vanished entirely when the car was 'unloaded'. This more than likely explains why it was less evident when previously investigated (on a ramp in the workshop) but returns when in normal everyday use. Hopefully replacement top mounts resolve the issue 🀞
  14. Our was previously investigated, but the noise came and went, but appears to be more evident with the onset of the warmer weather. The dealer took another look earlier and are now we fitting two new top mounts under warranty πŸ‘ I'll update once they are fitted.
  15. A couple from the local reservoir earlier...........
  16. That was pretty much my experience sadly. The noise has returned and seems more pronounced in the warmer weather? Planning to ask the dealer to take another look and will report back πŸ‘
  17. Lovely end to the day last night.........
  18. Glorious evening an a 4 day old Waxing Crescent Moon........
  19. Indeed - those 2 were transit (RAF Shawberry - > RAF Waddington). The others returned to base much earlier πŸ‘
  20. A pal of mine did catch them in formation over North Nottinghamshire yesterday afternoon , whereas I'd headed Waddington to see the last 2 arrive back at baseπŸ‘ VID-20240609-WA0020.mp4
  21. A few from Waddington today. Only managed to see two Red Arrows returning, but did spot a lovely TR6πŸ‘ YouCut_20240609_224901859~2.mp4
  22. As per link below - unfortunately the A335H didn't fit my 2023 SE-L, although I did salvage the blade, which was a considerable improvement on the OEM itemπŸ‘ https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/517703-correct-rear-wiper-for-karoq-sportline-2023/?do=findComment&comment=5825370
  23. A few from yesterday (@ Calke Abbey) Came across a few lovely vehicles too πŸ‘
  24. I was intrigued by the comment the average RR driver owned 7 vehicles and uses the Rolls to cover 5000 km / annum - different world indeed πŸ˜€
