you know if you wait just 4 years the replacement to the replacement consoles will be out.........
but if you want 3-4 years beyond that, even newer stuff will be out!
a PC never has, nor will it ever be the same as a console. im not bagging the PC, but it doesn't have the large range of games that a console does, and who wants to have a whole PC hanging next to their TV. again, not bagging, but that's the idea of a console.

just get a FL front end and youll be fine :p

sony did take their time releasing GT5, however - and as with GT4 - they had the prologue version. which essentially was a demo version of the full game. IMO a waste of money. but being a BIG fan of the Gran Turismo brand, I bought them anyway.

nice one, glad its working for you!

check plugs and coilpack (whatever you guys call them). is the temp sensor in the intake showing the correct temperature? it might be within normal operating thresholds, but is it correct?
also yeah check the whole inlet tract and maybe give it a clean

different connectors aren't a problem. I crimped new pins on and slid them into the new plug. 10 mins work.
GTi guys use the fabia RS LEDs by removing the rear section and putting their standard glass on, and then re-attaching it to the car.
Volvo I see have similar ones (I bet they are the same, but different glass/mounting) and also Toyota prius models have them too.
have a look at yours, then google the fabia RS ones and youll see if they are close enough to gamble a purchase.

i mean the ones low in the bumper, we call them fog lights or driving lights over here.
yes they bolt in. however, the plug is wrong, and they will only work in full brightness, or 40% as they are usually a DRL. i got plugs and pins to crimp onto the wiring so it looks factory. if you want more info, im happy to start a new thread with some pictures etc. ohh and mines a FL model

only the 60GB version of the PS3 can play SOME PS2 games. but they are hard to find, and very expensive.
TBH the xbox360 is still going strong, and even when replaced, generally supported for 12 months after. you could still get PS2 games up to early this year. or maybe last year

can you turn off individual lights? I replaced my fogs with fabia RS LED fogs and I get the 'check bulb' warning. I mostly cant be bothered putting in resistors
-
220hp petrol but the same motor? or is there a new motor too?
I don't follow VW much so I don't know how the new GTi is equipped
-
I have all 3 consoles, I bought a PS3 purely for GT5. guess what console I play the most? the xbox, forza (in my opinion) is much better.
the hardware is pretty much of a muchness now, they have all had their bugs and newer models have corrected them.
id also agree with the xbox controllers being more comfortable with long term playing

you probably need to adjust the management ACL to only accept traffic from your internal subnets/interfaces. I THINK by default it will accept from anywhere.
then NAT the incoming traffic on TCP80 and TCP443 to your internal server IP

unless you pierce the airbag, theres little chance youre going to deploy the airbag. Think about how hard you hit it when you need to use the horn..........

my climatronic doesn't show coolant temperature, all I know is the factory gauge is heavily padded.

Subaru Upper Engine Cleaner.

I think the screen is switched from day/night by the dimmer of the BCM (or whatever its called in a skoda) there is a checkbox in VCDS for this function.
-
would it not just follow the golf gti, as it has done the last few models?
-
I don't have one yet, but ill make a point of buying one
-
ive been monitoring my coolant temps over the last few weeks with the polar fis+. they sit around 90-105 in traffic and when im being less nice, and around the 90 mark. mind you, this is a CCZA TSI motor, but AFAIK most newer engines run hot for cleaner burns and emission reasons.
can you remove the thermostat yourself and stick it in a pot of cold water and put it on to boil? it should open up as the temperature rises.

im already a big forza fan, and horizon filled the gap for when I had 15 mins to waste.
nfs IMO just doesn't cut it up against horizon.

Headlight Switch Removal
in Skoda Octavia Mk II (2004 - 2013)
Posted
have the switch in the 'off' position. push the selector in, and turn it clockwise. it will get around half way between off and sidelights (or auto)
then pull towards you.
it took me a few goes too!
