I believe the 256mm are off a mk4 r32 golf. They will need 6mm spacers to work on FWD cars, but these can be had cheap from creation motorsport or made up easily All the best with the sales!

Item: Forge 008p in black with green spring for 1.8T engines across the VAG range. Condition: This item is excellent condition, with one small mark as shown in the last photo, and one very small chip on the top of the valve. Internally, the spring, pistons and seals are perfect. The item has been cleaned and regreased with grease supplied from Forge service kit. All grub screws on the top of the valve are perfect, no rounding. Price: £95 posted. Hi there Fellow Briskodians, - Item: I have for sale a set of mk2 octavia vrs 312mm front brakes complete with brake hoses, and 256mm rear brakes. Removed from a mk2 octavia VRS originally. May fit other makes and models, but please check prior to purchasing. - Condition: Overall very good condition, paint on the visible surfaces is really very good, a bit flakey on the surfaces not seen however. The seals are very very good, with freely moving pistons. Hi guys, this has been an excellent read. I have a 9n3 polo GTI and I have OEM tartan heated seats, and a kufatec loom. I've got everything else wired up and in place, bar the permanent feed so this has been very helpful. So what was the final concensus on this @hutchysrs50? This is how I've wired up the rest.. please correct me if I'm wrong! 2x purple plugs - attach to the heated seat switches. 2x green plugs - attach to the plugs under each heated seat. 1x 'Beleuchtung' - Translates to 'Lighting'. This connects to an illumination wire i.e. Grey/bluestripe wire. This will cause the heated seat swiches to light up. 1x 'Masse' - Translates to 'Ground'. This connects to an earthing point. There's a round end terminal on the loom for this wire. 1x Loose wire (about 6 inches) with fuse terminal connector. Connects to a permanent live source (This the point I'm stuck!) and the fuse terminal goes into Fuse 32 in the fuse box. 1x 'Dauerplus' - Translates to 'Continous positive'. This wire is part of the loom with heavier guage wire. It also has a fuse terminal connector, so it goes into fuse 32 as well. 1x 20amp fuse goes into Fuse 32. 1x 'Gelb' wire - Translates to 'Yellow'. I believe these go into the comfort control module (CCM) into XS2, into pin 3. 1x 'Violett' wire - Translates to 'Purple'. I believe these go into the comfort control module (CCM) into XS2, into pin 10. Then needs activating with VCDS "+00032 = Heated Front Seats installed"
