Hi all,

I joined as my brother-in-law and myself were saying the other day that we had not seen an old skoda on the roads for some time, I owned one back in 87. It was a rapide coupe in white, though I did tart it up with some very fetching red and black stripes going from front to back over the top of the car. I was young at the time! Loved that car at a time when my mates had 280 Capri's and XR4x4's on our route to and from work and especially in winter if they didn't set off before me they wouldn't get past! It was never perfect but it was fun and attracted a crowd, and not all of them were laughing. Cheers Jeff
