The site never got shut down, it looks like the ISP cra**ed them selfs and told Demonoid to go so they had all or old details from database you should have also got a email, that's how I found out

On demonoid your guaranteed to get quality things ;) I download film clips etc.. **cough** and it's a BIG pain when it's in Spanish etc, I have also been told about people getting viruses etc...
