I'm just toying with the idea of getting some new alloys for my Fabia vRS and was looking at these...

I'm not looking to lower the car or anything, so would it be worth getting any like this if the car is going to be pretty much standard apart from these alloys?? :confused:

the car will look even more on stilts woth them it you dont get it lowerd.

i would get them in 17'' and some -25mm eibach springs that will look good

hope your 18's fill the arch's better than my 17's because mine look lost. but on a plus note the wider tire make all the difference,

negatives is my car actually feels/is slower with bigger rims and the ride gets a rough as well.

Big, cheap looking and heavy. They will make your car look like a chav mobile, ruin the ride, probably rub on full lock, really increase the road noise and blunt the performance. You will also be scared to drive it into a multi storey car park for fear of curbing and end up taking the bus therefore rendering the car useless on such occasions.

Other than that they are a bargin at nearly £500 without rubber....

I have 18X8 SuperTurismos on mine with Toyo Rubber, they where fecking expensive but there are no rubbing issues and they sit perfectly in the arches. Not too far in, not too far out. The offset is perfect and I've lowered her in Eibachs.

I am a bit worried about it looking like a chav mobile and i also think having big wheels like that would draw unwanted attention towards m car and the possibility of someone trying to steel them. :thumbdwn:

not a fan, OEM VAG group alloys always seem to suit the best to me.

They are nice wheels.....as someone else said, would look too high.

I put 17" RS6's on mine.....looks well, must get the pics up

remind me of wolf race style wheels...not a fan personally.
