Windows 2003 SP1 Explorer.exe not loading when a user logs on

I have a Windows 2003 Server with SP1, Citrix PS4, Mcafee, IBM Director tools. When any of us admins try to logon to the server the Explorer.exe process doesn't start.

I can open Task Manager and run the process manually to see the desktop

I have checked and the Shell is set to explorer.exe in the registry

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi all, I'm looking to buy my first Skoda after years of bad experiences with Ford wet belts and ongoing reliability issues. I'm planning to buy used, and my main priority is finding a car that has been properly maintained throughout its life. CBBB engine. Will it drop off with car jacked or do i need lift? Its pretty high on engine bay so if its not possible to turn or twist there is no enough room if using jack? 300k miles soon and its started to smoke heavy when dpf burning starts. Also burning time is now approx 30-40 miles (before 10). Its old so im scared to use vagcom burning procedure. 350€ is cleaning here for removed dpf and garantee that cleaning is succesfully managed.

Whilst refilling the washer fluid, I noticed hairline cracks running along the top of the right hand headlight casing. These run pretty much the full length of casing, and in places the crack goes right through so that the integrity of the unit is breached. Looking at the left hand headlight I found the same, although the cracks haven’t broken through yet. Needless to say I haven’t been involved in an accident at any point, nor am I in the habit of slamming the bonnet shut etc. Has anyone el
