Tomtom Explore with free rds traffic

I went and bought a new tomtom yesterday as my tomtom one is getting dated and battered and has a loose connection occasionly leading to the power light flicking on and off.

Had a look at some garmins then popped into halfords and found they were doing a tomtom one explore v3 with mapshare a free case and free rds tmc thing (worth 50 quid ish) all for £129. considering sat navs start from 100 and i use one everyday for work i thought i would treat myself to a new one which is also abit thinner so can therefore fit in my pocket too!!

Shame my old leads and mounts wont work with this one :(

Popped into my local Skoda dealer service dept, to see if their laser alignment equipment had been repaired. Saw there were some nice Skoda pins on the desk, asked if could have one and was offered the drinks bottle as well. Haven’t tried it in the cup holder yet though.

Infotainment System Restarting endlessly

Mid-way through a holiday in France and the Infotainment gremlins are back… SOS call fail, parking distance fail and manoeuvre assist fail, coupled with infotainment system booting, lasting about 30s, freezing and rebooting. SOS light on red and multiple warnings on dash. Car is coming up to 2 years old and has had repeated software issues. Could really use some help from someone who has had this issue and can stop the endless reboots !!!

Exhaust gas getting into the coolant

Hi, I've recently sold my MK2 and bought a MK3. I'm having issues with the exhaust gas getting into the coolant. I need to find out what is causing this. Is it likely to be the EGR or something more serious like a blown head gasket or a crack in the block? I've only had this car for 5 weeks so am looking to approach the dealer I bought it from. They only gave a 30 day warranty. They already had it in for a week and were supposed to repair this but they haven't done it.

Little update since i posted about my Superb 280 going stage 2 back in may. I have questioned the high torque figure ( 618nm) with the tuner and was assured that it's a safe map, ok i left it at that. Three days after remap, car starts burning oil without even being pushed hard. So i switched to thicker 5w40 Castrol Edge ( issue rectified) Week later i pinned it from traffic lights and car cut power after 5000rpm. Gear changes felt really rough and jerky. Questioned it with the tuner, got nowher

History is that since the coilovers were done, the front-left top mount has aways creaked on turning; classic top mount sound of juddering movement. I've tried rotating the spring a little in case that's a difference but I need to do try some more just to make sure I haven't forgotten anything. In the meantime, the front right has developed a creak which is different. It's a heavier creaky rubber feel to it which is triggered on minor movement/weight shift. Going over speedbumps obviously makes
