ASR light on the CEL light

Whilst popping to tesco the ASR light came on then 10 mins later the CEL light. car drives and behaves fine.

Its booked in for a service this week and tomorrow my mechanic is gonna scan it for fault codes, I think its a MAF issue but he said possible but as its driving normally could be a brake switch. Its an Octavia VRS

Just replaced MAF on mine which caused the ASR light to come on
