17564 MAP Sensor help needed - no boost

After driving for about 5 mins this morning I lost all boost, have scanned with VAG-COM and i'm getting a 17564 - P1156 - 35-10 Intermittent.

I've changed the MAP sensor and it is exactly the same, clear the DTC and it comes back instantly with the so-called intermittent fault.

In measuring blocks the requested boost goes up as it should but actuall doesn't move....

Is there anything obvious i'm missing that could be up apart from dodgy wiring?
