2 Scuds in the family now!

Featured Replies

My dad's Clio Sport 172 was turned into a coffee table by a Sprinter on the A406 a few weeks back.

After a quick go in my vRS he decided he has had enough of cars you have to rev the balls off so wanted to get a Fabia.

Registered December 2005, 23k on the clock, one owner from new. £8995 from a Main Dealer with a years' RFL, full tank of DIEsel, a 12 month warranty and the next service thrown in for free.

Winner. Will phone him on the way home to compare MPG.

Nice car :)

The A406 North Circular? eeek

Yep the very same North Circ.

Matey in his Van hit the old fella when he was stationary at about 40mph. The Sprinter was a totalled and dumped it's oil and coolant everywhere.

My dad was able to continue driving to work in the Clio, albiet with the rear end highly re-arranged.

Bent the boot floor and both rear quarters and also bent the floor where his seat was mounted.

Car was up for £9495 but I managed to get them down and throw some stuff in, same place I got mine from so they were happy to play ball!

Nice, looks like a good one that. i wish him years of happy motoring.

Looks like a nice car

I went from a Clio to a Fabia too. I'm sure he'll love it :)

Yeah is well straight. Has a few very very minor chips and a graze on each door mirror on it but will buff out I think.

He's loving the non-stupid driving position - ie pedals not offset and steering wheel not angled like a Transit.

Clio is a bit more of a drivers' car but the Fabia will suit him fine, he thinks!
